How to remember active quests

Is it a way how to remember the active quest you currently have?
I seldom remember if I had to build 8 or 9 libraries before the renaissance for instance...

In the upper left corner of the screen is a small button, I think it looks like a open book or page. Click on that and on the right side of the little window is a tab labeled Quests. Click on that and it'll tell you what you need to complete and when.

Press Ctrl+Tab and then go to the Quests tab.
