How to set number of AI opponents.

Every time i try to set the number of AI opponents for a game they always come in to fill the maximum opponents the map will allow no matter how many i choose in the setup.

How do i get the game to use the number of opponents that i want?

When you set up a game, go to the planet selection. Top right should be a button that says Advanced Setup. Self-explanatory from there.
