How to unload units from an army in PTW!

I haven't seen what I'm about to relate posted anywhere. If so, I apologize.

I've figured out how to unload units from an army, although according to what I've read, I shouldn't be able to. Is this commonly known? If so, then please ignore the following. Otherwise, I have two questions:

1.) Is this a bug that should be fixed?

2.) Should I say how it's done?

Personally, I believe the ability should be there as a real feature. It's the only way to upgrade the units loaded into the army. But if the "Powers That Be" believe the ability should NOT be there, they may take action to make it so.

Should I keep my mouth shut, or should I spill the beans?

It isn't another bug with group movement is it? For some reason I think it is.

I heard there used to be a problem with group movement but they fixed that. I wait in anticipation.

All information should be available to all. (I believe this literally).

However, just to be the sour grapes of the bunch, please remember that this is probably a bug, and people won't like you doing this in any official games. (Although there are no 'official' games yet - if you are playing others in a PTW MP/PBEM game you should all agree).
