How to unreveal in WB?

I was testing features of WB on my map and I placed some spanish cities. I removed those cities later because I was just testing around. But now when I play the map as Isabella, those tiles where I placed cities are now revealed (there is still fog of war). Do you know how to unreveal those tiles?

Use the upper right hand tool set to select "Tile Reveal." The pull down menu will offer "Unreveal All Tiles" or something like that!

If I do that then WB unreveals every single tile and everything is black
