How to use city center graphics on aqueduct?

So I'm attempting to make a mod that will allow building certain districts a few times, part of that will be an aqueduct that uses the city center graphics. It would still have the same placement rules as an aqueduct however it would appear to look like the city. Please if anyone knows which file to search in or change to do this I would be very appreciative! In the credits I would gladly state "With help from" or "in collaboration with". Any and all suggestions will help a ton, thank you for your time reading this!
