How to win 'The Radiant Guard' scenario??

I killed 100 enemy, Hyborem and razed his other cities. But, nothing happened.
( Actually, Basium's conquest victory happened, not mine. )

What the hell!!!!

Any advise about what must be done???

Even after installing patch D, I still get the same results as the OP
