How would I add images without mod buddy

I don't have mod buddy, but I'm making a mod. How would I add all the required images?

You can add them directly in the modinfo file. Take a look at my GoldenAges mod or my Victories mod. Both add dds textures directly to the game and do not use Modbuddy.
