Hello , i am playing the game for a while and i was wondering (Using the WE ARE THE PEOPLE ) Plugin.
What to do when an indian CIV raids a colony ?
Seems that if i try to attack them when raiding , i start a war with the the tribe.
But when i get raids from the tribe, everything is like nothing happened ?
What to do to stop them ?
What is going on ?
I am going to diplomacy and try to speak with chief and there is no option to threaten him at least about the raids.

Build forts. I think Natives do rather attack forts than colonies.
