Mastodonmk2's Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos (銀河ネプチューヌこの素晴らしい平和とカオスの生まれ変わり！'Gingakei Neputūnu Kono subarashī heiwa to kaosu no umarekawari!' "Galactic Neptune Reincarnation in this Wonderful Peace and Chaos!"), also known as Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project. Simply known as Galaxy of Peace and Chaos, Touhou Galaxy Project or Supergalactica Neptunia is now debut to the Civilization VI mod. Lead the peaceful empire that keep the peace known as Empire of Gamalatica under the goddess "Tomoya" and her friends to fight against evil force from the chaos world known as Against the Blanec Movement. A cyberbullying online group that bullying Tomoya in previous world under Armchair Commander Nill 'Kuan' Williams and Generalissimo Olso Klafficer to bring their chaotic to the Gamalatica to see his dream on her wonderful world into endless chaos.

There are two known episode are:
Episoide 1: Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. God of The Gamalatica.
Episoide 2: Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Rinne Somnium.

Overview

"The story of Galaxy of Peace and Chaos is about the young girl name 'Tomoya' who reincarnation in this world as the god and create the her own world after her tragic death in previous world by a bully name "Nill William", one of online member of infamous cyberbullying online group known as 'Against the Blanec Movement' who bullied her and her novel by turn them into a hate speech on the internet without care on her that making her and her work become a symbol of hate speech and threaten to the (Previous) world. After the (previous) world have fall apart in nuclear war due to his action for defame the government of other country were he was reborn in her world as nasty monster to the chaos world for punished by Tomoya for over 200,000 time until he was turn himself as evil commander to take the arms against her and her world with his military force that taking from same name of his cyberbullying group like he did to her in previous world. Although he take the arms against her and her world is simply because of he want to bullying her more than making a galactic conflict against her and her world by claim that Tomoya is not a god at all.

This is kind like KonoSuba mixed with Star Wars element were afterlife, the goddesses, fantasy planet, laser guns, magic sword and spaceship were include in this story. Remember, this is the story about the bullying even there are fantasy setting, funny stuff or lead the space army or laser sword to fight against the evil space alt-right force that want to destroy her and her galaxy because this is the story about the bullying. Also, Nill William's action for bullying Tomoya can bring the endless massive galactic conflict."

Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos (Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project) is anti-bullying light novel with afterlife, post-apocalyptic and science fantasy element that take place in afterlife world known as 'Gamalatica' in the same universe as Hyperdimension Neptunia series. The Story of this Galaxy of Peace and Chaos have inspired with many element from other novel and film with major element of 'KonoSuba' and 'Star Wars' with heavily style of 'A Silent Voice' and element of "Date A Live" were Tomoya, a young and weak girl was bullied by teenager and devil Nill 'Kuan' William who bullied her without care on her. The story also have the element of Sword Art Online, Animal Farm, Brave New World, Platoon, Apocalypse Now and various real life event that prediction the possible future.

Main goal of this mod is create the story with in the mod. Just like how the story mod are start getting popular over the time.

Theme
Galaxy of Peace and Chaos novels is advanced version of Neptunia series that feature in space setting and fantasy setting with galactic conflict, but also it feature with blood and gore (various blood and body parts), nudity (but no lewd) and funny humor, as well as highly dramatic story, family and contain both historical and real life reference, as well as good and evil. Also, the story is include with suicidal, cyberbullying, harassment (especially in EP2) and various stuff from real event which most of them are based on a true story.

All Characters depicted in this story are 18 years of age or older.

Setting
The Galaxy of Peace and Chaos was setting in fictional universe of Hyperdimension Neptunia in the afterlife world known as "Gamalatica" (Stand for Game Galactica) in year G.C. 44XX, 2000 year since Tomoya's death in previous world were good people who died in previous world were reborn in this world. The Gamalatica is lead by major species known as Chiyukitalian, a humanoid species from planet Tomoyatania which major represent as Sega console and lead by peaceful government known as Empire of Gamalatica leading by Empress Mayu. Various people in the Gamalatica are speaking alien-like language known as Gamalaticania, standard Chiyukitalian language. The world of Gamalatica is not only contain a good people, but also a bad people and most of them were send to the chaos world known as 'Koscon', a Blood planet that name after Nill William's home city that located in the Unknown Region which Home to those people who commit their sins in previous world. One of them is Abomon species, a dinosaur-like creature that commit their sins in previous life by involve into a cyberbullying online group known as "Against the Blanec Movement" which these Abomon have run away from a preta and various chaotic creature that eat them as a punishment until Nill William free all Abomon, various creature from Koscon start to overrun the Gamalatica. The Previous world that Tomoya was died in her previous life is completely in wasteland after the nuclear war from Third Global Conflict between two superpower are "Federal People's Republic of Chengu" and "Federal Counties of Vespuccas" that caused by Nill William's action for put Chengu's seal and their leader into a hate speech which lead Chengu declare war on Federal after he mocking them for failure to capture him and then making the world completely wasteland and people who survive the conflict start to Previous moon.

Background
Based on a True Story.

The Story of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos is start with "Tomoya Dinogi". A 14-year old girl from Kyotomo, Nippon who tragic death by car accident from previous world in G.C. 2022 while save her cat name "Aiko" after she was bullied by "Nill Williams" or known in his online name "Kuan", 21-year old NEET shut-in (Hikikomori) from Koscon, Muccushoketts, Federal Countries and his online group "Against the Blanec Movement" or A.B.M. A cyberbullying and suicidal online group with military racist and satire content that Tomoya have put them to her work as her antagonist after they put her work "Galaxy of Peace" and her name into the hate speech on the internet without care on her by claim that he do as a fair use which lead her become a symbol of hate speech to entire world of internet. The admin of A.B.M. online group and also Dif-Right supporter "Olso Klafficer" have threaten her by killing her cat with their car that end up killing Tomoya instead.

As Tomoya was born to the afterlife were she become a lost soul in this world, watching her work and her name and family was torn apart by Nill William who using her work for a hate speech without care on her after she died until she was lost and meet 'Chiyuki'. The Goddess of this afterlife who rule the good soul in her afterlife world known as Aquania which Chiyuki sense of strong feeling from Tomoya and she have strong good deeds and karma from previous world, as well as she have terrible life from previous world as she don't want to born in that world anymore. Chiyuki have offer a three wish to Tomoya on this afterlife as she want to granted. She have "Make the wish" by offer a first wish by become the God of the Gamalatica and second wish is create the "Gamalatica" universe, a world based on her novel that everyone who born in this world will not suffer from the war and conflict from the previous world. As well as the place were everyone's dream and wish will become true (even they already made in previous world). She happy after grant the wish to become a god and guide her world as she wish. Although she didn't have make the last wish as it not very important to grant the wish but she will do if she want. Although Tomoya have become a god in this world, but Chiyuki given one rule for her to not break is "She can't kill anyone". She and Chiyuki become a close friend in this world and soon her friend Kotori, Mayu, Sakura and Midori have offer a wish.

17 year after Tomoya's death. Nill, who is now homeless after he was hunted down by multiple people from online who find out that he and his group have murder Tomoya. Despite being cursed by many people, he never affect and never care at all. He still continue mocking her work and her name into the internet for hate speech for everyday since he did in first day. Many people were suicide and mental broken from his harassment for put them as the "Blans" supporter which lead many country have banned this online group until he have making the worst decision to the previous world by put the seal of Chengu People's Republic and their leader into the hate speech which making Chengu people saw their leader were defamation get upset until the Chengu official see their leader were defame and they have asking Federal Countries to take the suspect (Nill William) to the Chengu official for committed a crime, if they not then the Chengu official will declare war on Federal Countries. Of Course, the Federal Countries refuse to send him by claim that he doing in his country and he can't get the crime on Chengu law. The Chengu upset and then declare war on Federal Countries after the Chengu Official see him post a topic in his ABM group about the Chengu have failure to capture him, and they also see a dozen of root that cause many people commit suicide and one of them is "Tomoya" which lead the Chengu using Tomoya's Death to justify war against the Against the Blanec Movement and the Federal Countries. His action lead the nuclear war known as "Third Global Conflict" that bring a trillion of death and the previous world become a totally wasteland as result.

After the conflict have end, a good people who died from previous world were reborn in her world of Gamalatica, and the bad people were reborn as 'Abomon', a nasty monster in the chaos world known as 'Koscon' which located in unknown region of Gamalatica were most of Abomon were punished and run away from a 'Preta', a monster that come from a person from previous world who hurt their parents that eat these Abomon to survive. Nill who have been reborn to Gamalatica world have find himself in the front of Tomoya who is now God of The Gamalatica. Although he attempt to claim that he didn't do wrong for bullying her since he put her name for hate speech (that become the hatred to entire world of internet) as a fair use and he attempt to claim that she can't play god to judge him since she is just a normal person and no deity power as he don't want born as Abomon and because he want to have fun with her if she will happy with his action for put her as hate speech for making her famous (in bad ways). However, she refuse his mercy and she have instantly judge him to Koscon without care on his word like he did to her in previous world. He was reborn as Abomon in the Koscon that start to run away from a Preta and other creature. He see Tomoya's action is not fair to him as he didn't do wrong for her and because of she is not a god to entertain him like this. He swearing to kill Tomoya by take the arms against her and her world if he can before he was eat by Preta repeatedly over 200,000 generation until 2,000 year later were he able to take the arms against her thanks to his partner Olso who bring a guns and weapon for Abomon to free from Preta. After he free the Abomon, he have founding the militia government called "Against the Blanec Movement" that he once have bully her with this group in previous world. He become the Armchair commander and Olso as Generalissimo of the ABM militia with hope to see the Democracy with Abomon characteristics install to the Gamalatica which will bring the Gamalatica into the full blow chaos never end, and he will show that Abomon race is superior to the other.

After the militia have start to invade the Gamalatica and murder the people. Tomoya who shock to see these Abomon have torn her world apart. Before she can using her deity power, she was fall into her own world by a unknown voice who want her to grant her wish. Tomoya have fall into the Aquania, the floating world that serve as her heaven place. After she was falling to her world, she can't remember anything more than her name and she have lacking all of her deity power. Tomoya was attacked by a group of Abomon that chase her as she have run away from these monster before she was save by Aiko, a young girl who make a wish to bring Tomoya to her world as Aiko is the only person who have a mystery wish that she need to granted. Tomoya have meet Kotori, Sakura and Niwa, and Mayu in this world who want to fight against the Abomon that invade Aquania and save the Gamalatica.

Will 'Tomoya' able to save the Gamalatica from the evil force of Against the Blanec Movement lead by 'Nill William', or she will suffer to the same bully that she fought in previous world in this unfair world known as

'Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos'.

Great Seal of Interstellar Federation or "Gekino Bird" was the seal of the Empire of Gamalatica since founding in G.C. 2022.

Overview:
The Gamalatica (or Touhou Galaxy), also known as Land of Wonderful Universe or simply known as Bird. The Gamalatica was the name of unite of species across the galaxy in the afterlife universe known as "Gamalatica" that created by Tomoya. A 14-year old Chiyukitalian deity who died in accident after she was bullied in previous world by the online group called 'Against the Blanec Movement' were they insult her work and herself into the hate speech as she have a strong good deeds and karma from previous world were she have one wish to Chiyuki by "Make the wish" to become a god and create this world. The Empire of Gamalatica (known in code as Chiyukitalian Empire) is Federal monarchy, the government lead by two-party system with dominant central-left party 'Interstellar Party' lead by Empress Mayu for several years due to favor policy and because of popular of Mayu, and central-right party 'Galactica Party' lead by Princess Sakura that start to getting more popular since Abomon invasion. The empire currently lead by Empress Mayu and Princess Sakura with President from each states was rise from the Tomoyatania, an ecumenopolis planet and the capital of the empire that found in G.C. 2022. The Gamalatica is the afterlife universe without conflict and war, and also this is the place were good people who have a good deeds and karma were reborn in this world and their wish will become true (even they already have done in previous world). Although Tomoya have keep the Gamalatica in peace for over 2000 year since founding until the Abomon monster from the chaos have start to invasion to the Gamalatica in G.C. 44XX in hope of they will bring the chaos to her world.

Gamalatica Goddesses is currently lead by Tomoya, Chiyuki (Blanec), Mayu (Miki), Kotori (Kasami), Sakura (Peon), Aiko and Midori.

Gamalatica lead by six Chiyukitalian goddesses are Tomoya, Chiyuki, Kotori, Sakura, Niwa and Mayu, and one Tomoyatalian goddess is Aiko. The Empire of Gamalatica is lead by Tomoya. The God of Gamalatica and the main protagonist of the series that specific for Culture and Religion Victory. Aiko, a Young Girl with Mystery Wish that good at defending the nation with ranged unit and master at trading. Chiyuki, the Goddess of the Afterlife were she good at strike against all civilization with different religion and easy for Religion Victory. Kotori, Idol Musical with strong of Rock Band unit as completely for engage in Culture Victory. Sakura, Heir of the Empire of Gamalatica choose by Mayu is favor with Diplomatic Victory and vote all good discuss. Niwa, Alpha Force Commander who strong against all Civilization lead their Unique Unit and strong at Science Victory and Mayu, the Empress of the Empire of Gamalatica who strong at development and easily to friendly those Civilization. All Gamalatica leader like to be friend with all civilization and hate to those have denounce or declare war on them. These character have using only single name more than their full name because they are deity and these character is not really need to say anything about the surname.

Although Gamalatica were powerful and very advanced to most of galactic civilization such as the powerful defensive warship and air unit. But their civilization always lead with few unit when compare to rest of the civilization due to high maintain and defense capable only. You will never play the Gamalatica for conquest the world with Tomoya due to she can't declare any war more than Reconquest or emergency such as betrayal or religion. Also, Gamalatica is the one of greatest target for your friend to steal some of your gold, keep your spy on one of your Commercial Hub from these spy (especially Planeptune leaders that not run by B-Sha).

Gamalatica Traits: Land of Wonderful Universe

The Empire of Gamalatica have built the nation from ground up and rise to the top of this wonderful universe. Mostly they never fought any conflict.

The Land of Wonderful Universe was the name come from the God of The Gamalatica, "Tomoya" who create this wonderful peaceful world known as Gamalatica. Many people who reborn in this world are good people and they will do their best to build the best nation without any war and conflict.

The Gamalatica Trait is focus on their development on their civilization with district and wonder that cost half time to build and will not require population to build a single district. As well as grant +1 era score when complete these district. All Gamalatica unit grant +20 combat strength on your own territory. All Gamalatica city will never raised the war weariness and losing any loyalty due to good people born in this world. All Gamalatica city start with fully fortification strength to defend from enemy unit and barbarian at early game thanks to their planetary defense. As well as grant 'Open' level of diplomatic visibility with all civilization that you meet because of Gamalatica is the afterlife universe that can allow to see the life of people in previous world.

Gamalatica Unique Unit: Various (Primary is Megumin)

The Megumin-class Star Dreadnought is the Star Dreadnought of the Imperial Gamalatica Navy. The Megumin is the largest warship ever built by Kroyon Heavy Industries and the largest warship ever operated by Imperial Gamalatica Navy and the Gamalatica. Length at 1,600 meter and armed with single SX-Hyperlaser cannon, Six Heavy FX-Turbolaser cannon and Twenty-Four KX-Laser Cannon. Operated approx 25,000 crew. According to legend, the Megumin's main gun (SX-Hyperlaser cannon) was made out of Explosive Magic from legendary girl that capable to destroy an Warhammer 40,000's Emperor-class Battleship in single shot. Only 7 Megumin were product in the time before Great Abomon War and most of them serve in large armada of the Gamalatica. The introduction of Megumin Star Dreadnought class have change the ABM tactic by built their version of dreadnought called Muccushoketts-class Heavy Guided Missile Cruiser that heavily armed and strong armor. Although Megumin-class were successful and well protect against the Abomon force, but these ship were later decommissioned and replaced by more powerful and larger 2,200 meter Rinne-class Star Dreadnought which name after Rinne Sonogami were the ship is capable to destroy an Star Wars's Executor-class in few hit. The ship was serve in the Gamalatica Federation Defense Fleet that appear in the mod of Galactic Civilization III, not this game.

Megumin is the best and powerful naval unique unit in the Gamalatica as she is capable to carry a fighter unit and perform a naval bombardment on other ranged unit in the game. As the Aircraft Carrier replacement. This unit is impressive at both engage with other rival naval unit thanks to their ranged strength which unlike the vanilla carrier. Megumin have unique attack animation that charge up their main gun SX-Hyperlaser cannon against the enemy city or Giant Death Robot while the normal attack is using the broadside weapon to engage at them.

(About the other unit)
There are total 72 Gamalatica Unique Unit include with their leader unique unit are include with Royal Guardian, the archer of the Gamalatica that defend the empire. Galactic Trooper, the fully armed soldier of the Great Abomon War to deal against increase number of Abomon. Falchion, the heavy armored tank of the Gamalatica that deal against heavily armor unit of Abomon tanks. Megumin, the powerful dreadnought of the Gamalatica that serve as floating command base and StarfurotorX-4, the most powerful multiple-role starfighter that feel like Top Gun. As well as the OG nightmare unit from Civ5, the Titan Trooper that will tear down all people who said 'Bala-Balance' in the game. Despite being powerful in their ability. (Al)Most of Gamalatica Unique Unit were extremely weak when compare to their replacement and only for defensive position, as well as many of them are require resource to built/train but none of them are were require a resource to maintain. They will never gain these CO2. But always to secure the resource (especially Aluminum) before built one of them to defend. Died: July 14, G.C. 2022) known to general populace as Lady Tomoya and simply as God of The Gamalatica and The God, sometime she call herself as her mother name Hatsumi Sega (瀬賀初美 Sega Hatsumi) and Segami is the main protagonist of the Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos, and later as support character in Rinne Somnium. Prior before her life in the afterlife, she is daughter of her father, Fujikara and mother, Hatsumi Dinogi who passed away while given a birth to her, and her brother, Toya who love to prank her especially while taking a bath. Tomoya's mother 'Hatsumi' was a young girl who similar to her who is married to Fujikara at 16 year old and passed away at 25 year old without see Tomoya have grown up. She was bullied by Nill Williams and his cyberbully online group known as "Against the Blanec Movement" that bully her and her work known as "Galaxy of Peace" into their online group for hate speech as well as put her name into their cast as the evil person to the world without care on her. Nill's action have lead Tomoya become the symbol of hate speech to entire world of the internet and he is cause her death in accident after she sacrifice herself to save her cat injure by Olso from the car drive by an ABM member just want to pretended joking on her went wrong that result in her death. She have reincarnation in this afterlife and grant the wish by Chiyuki, the Goddess of the Afterlife by making the wish and become the God of the Gamalatica to create the world without conflict, the world without war, the world without any bad people and the world that people who have a great dream will become true in this world even they have been already done in previous world.

Although in the end of Episode reveal that Tomoya is not truly God of The Gamalatica at all because of Aiko hold this power to protect Tomoya. But Aiko have given all her power to Tomoya. Making her become a truly God of The Gamalatica in the end before, Aiko and other have fade away and return to the Gamalatica world, leave only Tomoya to control the destiny of the Gamalatica.

Tomoya is born in February 8, G.C. 2008 in Kyotomo, Nippon and died in July 14, G.C. 2022 at 14 year old. Height at 150 cm and Weight at 40 kg. Her cup size is B. Her weapon is 16-ton Hammer. Tomoya in this game wore the Segami Wear and her Yellow Ribbon similar to Segami. Tomoya is the original character that created since late 2009 (that come before Kasami Hiiragi) who appear since Civilization V as minor character with not many information about her until she was introduction as new character in Civilization VI before she have become the protagonist in the new story and dominated the TGP.

Tomoya is the God of the Gamalatica who is the creator of the Gamalatica. Her role is to watching and protect the Gamalatica from the evil that attempt to destroy her world. She can't break one rule is "She can't kill anyone". Even she have a hammer as her weapon to fight the Abomon, but only stun them and send them back to the Chaos. Although Tomoya is the god, but she feel like that her deity power still not enough when compare to the people that inspiration for her such as Rama IX, Lee Kuan Yew. etc. and she will respect and want the blessing word.

Tomoya's role allow to collect all great work to market, temple and library that represent as information of the soul from previous world. Many people have strong faith with Tomoya which her religion will have stronger pressure at 100% strength and ignore all pressure and combat effect from the different religion. As well as no other religion unit will allow to enter to her border, making religion victory useless against her. Her loyalty can swap other civilization's city to her empire instead of become a free city so watch out the white bird pop-up in your city. Also, all civilization that denounce Tomoya will force disable the international trade between other civilization and city-states, as well as reduce 15 loyalty and happiness in all city. The AI who denounce Tomoya will cause them extremely aggressive and denounce the other leader (except for Tsukasa) due to Tomoya.

She is not design for domination victory due to declare war button don't exist with her but these button still exist as AI but only counter the bug that cause Tomoya AI can't denounce on you or everyone else is warmonger or denounce on her like Canada who currently have a bug that disable to declare the surprise war which cause this leader can't denounce anyone even you is totally warmonger.

Tomoya Unique Unit: Mammoth Mk.2 + Mastodon Mk.2

Lady Tomoya's Mammoth Mk.2 and Mastodon Mk.2 is prepare to razed that Uni's city.

Mammoth Mk.2 and Mastodon Mk.2 is the ultimate weapon of the Imperial Gamalatica Army to against the increase number of the Abomon invasion. Their goal of built these walker to solve the budget issue to focus on navy and air force. The name of Mastodon Mk.2 is the name of the Creator of Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. They were name after the predecessor of 5x5 wheel tank of the same name.

The Mammoth Mk.2 is the powerful walker with range capable that serve as both melee and ranged unit and Mastodon Mk.2 is represent as siege unit walker with powerful range. They capable to stand against the nuclear blast and capable to fight on water tile without embarked. Only 2 unit can allow to be built and can't buy with gold. These walker is require 100 Aluminum to built which extremely rare to find. Although the Mammoth Mk.2 and Mastodon Mk.2 were powerful, but they are ineffective against Giant Death Robot.

Tomoya is specifically for pacifist role. She is focus to win any victory that she can except for Domination Victory (unless bomb their loyalty by make them denounce you and put your city near them). Her Mammoth and Mastodon walker is best key to retake the city from other civilization and watching other civilization that rage in war without open the border since they have large vision to see other unit when engage each other. Her religion is extremely powerful that were she was target for Religion victory and nobody will try to convert a religion on her city.

(Against Her)
Tomoya is always focus for religion if you don't want to be the target of her religion, you can't convert her city with your religion since her city never receive any other religion in both pressure and combat effect more than her religion, as well as other religion unit can't enter to her border which making religion victory impossible to win (unless she don't have religion, but quite rare). Also, she is not likely to declare war on everyone which is the good choice to developed a nuclear weapon and nuke on her city. But make sure that you don't want to nuke her when she have full load of Mammoth or Mastodon since these unit immune to WMDs attack, as well as counter the nuclear attack. You can make her declare war on you by make her launch a nuclear on a city that your unit was located, but this is extremely rare that she will never built any nuclear device or drop any nuclear weapon.

Known to general populace as Lady Kotori is the one of main character of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. Prior before her life in the afterlife is very tragic as she want to be the Musical Idol by start to sing the song and because of she want to use her song to save her school from closing, she and Mayu start the musical club to save the school with many her member which successful, although her famous would not last long until one of her musical club member commit suicide by hanging herself in front of her classroom with the message that "I can't handle this world anymore". She and Mayu find out that the Against the Blanec Movement online group is behind this. After she and Mayu meet the childhood friend "Tomoya" who will likely to commit suicide very soon after she was bullied by Nill William and his online group. she, Mayu and Tomoya were attacked by Olso Klafficer, Nill William and his ABM online member were they gonna killing Tomoya's cat to teach Tomoya a lesson for mess up with them and she would likely to commit suicide afterward. However, Tomoya able to escape from Nill's hand and sacrifice herself to save her cat that end up killing Tomoya. She and Mayu able to pull out of ABM member's hand and drawing the sword. She able to decapitated vice member of ABM and the admin of Lew Eawanis group "Charlie 'Mac' Malay", but she and Mayu were shot to death by OIso Klafficer before Nill William saw him going too far. Although her original death is set in G.C. 2024 were she passed away on her stage while she have sing the song to save her school. Her death make Mayu upset on those Against the Blanec Movement who murder her little sister and Tomoya, but she end up get decapitated by Olso who warn her to not mess up with them.

Kotori is born in March 3, G.C. 2007 in Tomokyo, Nippon and died in July 14, G.C. 2022 at 15 year old. Height at 158 cm and Weight at 43 kg. Her sizes is B83-W56-H82 and her cup size is C. Her main weapon is Guitar that she have similar attack to 5pb. and her alternate weapon is short sword as Noire style. Her religion is Buddhism. She like to sing the song to her people and everyone who want to listen to her music and she even have her musical club, she also help the weak people from bullies since she is "School President" of Ryoo Interstellar School (reused from TGP). She also love to bathing in bathtub much like all other Gamalatica leader and she have own rubber duck name "Ducky" as she play with them at her bathtub. She dislike the bullies because she don't want the bigger people who bullied the weaker people which many people may fear her because of student president and her twin-tail tsundere style but in reality, she is really fear and weak. She also hate Olso Klafficer at maximum level since she never forget about his action have done to Tomoya and he is cause her to become the illness known as "Klafficess". Kotori in this game wore Ryoo High School Uniform that similar to old version of Original version of Kasami Hiiragi that debut in late 2016. She will appear to wore La Victoire outfit, Ultradimension Noire's default costume that using in her Idol outfit much like her classic appearance of Kasami Hiiragi.

Uni who have biggest civilization is now have only one city because most of them is get "Rocked Band" by Kotori. This is show that Kotori's music is stronger than Uni's rifle. Uni will never attempt to beaten yet another Noire again.

Kotori's Trait is extremely nightmare if she train these Rock Band against you since Kotori's Broadcast Center have 3 extra slot for Great Work. Her Rock Band unit get all promotion which mean she will have stronger of winning Culture Victory. Her Rock Band is 100% reduce the loyalty that will make your city rebelled against you if they perform to your district, and they are 50% discount to purchase. Her Rock Band unit also ignore terrain cost and also grant 15 strength to all unit in 2 tile away much like Great General. But also reduce 15 strength to enemy unit as well. Much like to old version Kasami Hiiragi trait, she will never be target of any emergencies that involve with war or religion. Kotori's great work is truly nightmare for all civilization because all city at 9 tiles closer to her city with great work will reduce 2 loyalty. Anyone who denounce Kotori will lost 15% Tourism and 15% production to the wonder much more slower.

Kotori Agenda: Sing the Song
Kotori always want to Sing the Song to save her school from closing down were make her want to be musical idol. She also want to help the weaker people from bullies which show that Kotori is very Tsundere.

Kotori always like all female leader that love her which she will always declare a friendship with them. Since Kotori is very Tsundere, she is show the signs of help the other people from the bullies that refer to those civilization that denounce or declare war on her friend. Much like all Gamalatica leader, she don't like all civilization denounce or declare war on her.

Kotori's Musical Idol. Known in common name as Order of Hatsumi or Order of Hiiragi, fully name known as Royal Order of Hatsumi Family that founded by Kotori after her band in previous world. Most of these Musical Idol are similar to Kotori were wear Kotori's Idol outfit "La Victoire" and dark blue twin-tail hair.

The Order of Hatsumi were capable to counter the ranged unit attacking them thanks to 50 combat strength when counter these ranged attack. This unit is also attacking in both ranged and melee combat which useful to counter the enemy that were attempt to wiped out these unit. Limited at 4 unit and can't be purchase.

Gameplay

Kotori can kill entire greatest or mighty civilization by just using Rock Band against them and make sure that their loyalty is 0 or their loyalty is reduce which easily to wiped them out and take the city with ever capture or razed is no matter for her. But make sure to secure some Order of Hatsumi before engage the free city if your enemy never open border to you. She is extremely expert at culture victory as she can using these rock band to spin their head. Also, secure much of great work as her can so she can used them against the civilization that found the city closer to you.

Need to play her smart since recently update have nerf Rock Band to nothing.

Since Kotori is powerful at wining culture victory. If she put the great work near your city, there are 50% chance that you will using spy against her great work but 75 chance will notice her, trading her great work is quite extremely rare in AI. Kotori's Rock Band can be prevent by using the unit to block those district and wonder that chance to get "Rocked" from her, or just using Music Censorship policy but this will caused Kotori denounce you for being blocking her Rock Band.

She is big sister of Kotori and she is the Empress of the Empire of Gamalatica leading the Interstellar Party. Prior before her life in the afterlife is much like Kotori who face her school being close down after she have granted from her school. She help Kotori and her musical club to grant a money to support her school. She is vice student president of Ryoo Interstellar Academy alongside with Kotori who is student president that protect the weaker from bullies from different school. After one of Kotori's musical club member were commit suicide by hanging herself in her classroom. She and Kotori find out that Against the Blanec Movement group is the behind of that harassment before she and Kotori meet a childhood friend, Tomoya who will likely to commit suicide after she see Tomoya have attempt to hanging herself, but save by Kotori. Although she gonna help Tomoya to move forward. The ABM online member lead by Olso Klafficer attacking her, Kotori and Tomoya were they gonna killing Tomoya's cat by throw into a road were a car drive by ABM member will kill Tomoya's cat soon. But Tomoya have able to escape from Nill's hand and she sacrifice herself by protect her cat that killing Tomoya instantly. She and Kotori able to escape from ABM member's hand and drawing a sword, she able to stab one of ABM member "Flame Compon" and shred into a piece. She saw Kotori get shot by Olso before he point a gun toward her. She start to scare and closed her eye before he pull a trigger that killing her instantly. Afterward, her entire Hatsumi family (except for Tsukara) were massacre by Olso and his ABM online member as their lesson after they sued them to Imperial Nippon Court for killing both Kotori and Mayu. Although her original death was decapitated by Olso and put her head in the pole of her school with their signs "WHOSE TO MESS UP WITH US WILL END LIKE HER. ABM FIGHT ON!" and her body on the front of school.

The party is central-left party with major influence to her people that support this party thanks to "People First" policy instead of military focus.

Mayu is very cute character in the Galaxy of Peace and Chaos due to her bath-scene fan service. Grant 20 relation with all leader that she have contact with... EXCEPT Abomon player and Konata Izumi will never get this relation. Her builder unit is 50% cheaper when purchase and grant 2 movement point and build charge. As well as free these builder unit after founded a new city. She have no problem to build a farm because her builders to built these farm in Desert, Tundra and Snow tile with no problem. (As well as their hill after complete the specific tech.) Civilization who denounce Mayu will generates 100% more grievances and grievances will not decreased. The Galactic Theater is extremely powerful of all Gamalatica Leader Unique Unit and also this is multiple-role unit that capable as all 3 domain of land and sea (plus with air unit as part of carrying). This melee unit have contain with all ability of heavy cavalry, siege, ranged and naval ranged unit. That mean, you have all 3-in-1 unit in the game and this unit is also act as land carrier so you can put your air unit to this unit without worry if this unit embark. Their naval unit version is appear to be an Megumin-class Star Dreadnought but powerful than their regular version but less capacity to air unit. Limited to 2 unit to be train in the game.

As Her
Lady Mayu is greatly for all player who don't want many AI want to bored on her. Most of AI will respect on her (except for Konata). Her Galactic Theater is extremely well against all strength of enemy Giant Death Robot in one to one.

Against Her
Her Galactic Theater is the greatest threat to your civilization that not because of their ability to near every type of units, but also perform well as both Land and Naval Unit (with air unit support to them). Make sure that you are not want to at war with her or have a lot of GDR to deal with her Unique Unit. If you denounce her will cause your civilization generates more grievances and fact that your grievances will never decay. As well as it will decrease all yield of your civilization. Also, she will likely to hate you if you declare surprise war on other civilization.

Prior before her life in the afterlife is heavily involve with throne of rival family that want to rule the country which Sakura Hana is sole Heir of the Empire of Nippon. Without her will cause the empire fall apart. She was threaten by cyberbully group known as Against the Blanec Movement that bullying Tomoya by claim that they gonna kill her to end the Empire of Nippon and install the Democracy. She was assassination in G.C. 2029 by unknown ABM member shot to the left chest that kill her instantly after she have become the Empress just in 5 minute before she was shot to death. Although originally of her death is gruesome way as she was assassination by explosive while take a bath which her body was shred into multiple part of body and organ was founded in her onsen that cover in blood. But this was on her nightmare about this ABM group.

Sakura is born in November 3, G.C. 2016 in Tomokyo, Nippon and died in May 8, G.C. 2029 at 13 year old. Height at 146 cm and Weight at 38 kg. Her sizes is B73-W54-H76 and her cup size is A. Her main weapon is Broadswords and Katanas. Her religion is Buddhism. She like pudding just similar to most of Neptune, as well as Sakura love to naked which often when bathing or swimming just like most of Neptune did as she never shy for being naked much like Tomoya (that only while take a bath). She don't like Bullied and she don't like people have fight each other for nothing. Her race is Goddess and her species is a Humanoid 'Chiyukitalian'. Her class Fighter/Support.

Sakura's Galactica Party will turn the Empire of Gamalatica toward more democracy and freedom. But also merge the military for her government and take back to their stables as her government will turn all military policy card into wildcard which can spend more economic policy card (and Rule with Faith policy card) to secure the empire. All her district is a culture bomb which grant her border from other civilization that stolen from her and her culture bomb will not make other civilization upset with her. Those civilization have denounce Sakura Hana will reduce -15 Diplomatic favor per turn which you can't make a vote to World Congress or make a promise with her or other civilization.

Sakura Hana is self-proclaimed as the Empress of the Empire of Gamalatica after Empress Mayu which she want to be. After she have become the Empress. She want to rule the galaxy after her wish to be.

She always focus to win Diplomatic Victory as possible and vote all Resolutions and Emergency that not involve with conflict with other civilization. She like all civilization with peaceful government or same government as her. She don't the civilization with different government than her that wage war with other civilization or warmonger.

Sakura Unique Unit: Galactic Swordsman
The Galactic Swordsman is the Galactic Trooper variants that carrying the sword instead of rifle or rocket launcher. Originally is part of Royal Guard to protect the Heir of Empire of Gamalatica, Princess Sakura from assassination by the Abomon who see her as threat to them. After Sakura have become the Empress and the Galactic Trooper Project. These royal guard were become the frontline of the Great Abomon War.

The Galactic Swordsman is very powerful at grace. These unit is rival to Order of Hatsumi as Sword units. Grant 10 strength per unused which extremely powerful, but this is only Gamalatica Leader Unique Unit that no anti-air strength. Limited to 4 unit to be train to the game.

Gameplay
(As Her)
Sakura's Gamalatica is good at culture bomb against other civilization without notice by them. This is allow you to spam all of district against them for good pressure by you as long as you want to take it, but might good for against the enemy. As Sakura's military policy card is convert to wildcard make you have freedom to using other policy against other civilization. Her Galactic Swordsman is deadly at all units beside of GDR thanks to unused movement, but these unit need to play well, otherwise you have trouble with the civilization run with bombers against your Swordsman.

Make sure that you were not involve into Sakura's land so you will not have any problem with her stealing your borders. Also, her Galactic Swordsman is vulnerable to air units.

Leader: Aiko (Episode 1 - 12 year old)

Aiko (アイコ. Born: July 2, G.C. 2018 in Kyotomo, Nippon. Died: G.C. 2030) or full name known as Aiko Yoshimizu (吉水アイコ "Yoshimizu Aiko") of Yoshimizu family. Known to general populace as Lady Aiko is the Deuteragonist and one of main character of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. Prior before her life in the afterlife is very tragic as she was born as a cat as her mother was badly injure from fighting with unknown dog that attacking her cat. Tomoya have save Aiko but she have found out that her mother have passed away after losing blood. Tomoya have adopted this cat and given a name "Aiko" which she have grew up almost 4 year until she was attacked by Olso Klafficer, Dif-Right supporter and the admin of Against the Blanec Movement that injure her in front of Tomoya and throw her into the road were she will died from a car that drive by an ABM member. He want to kill her cat just want to pretend Tomoya for mess up with him who called Tomoya for insult him after he was put into her work as enemy after he have insult and defame her and her work. Although he never want to kill Tomoya, but he have gone wrong for throw her cat that end up killing Tomoya. Aiko have live without Tomoya for over 8 year until she was passed away without cause of death. After she have reborn in Gamalatica, she want to make the wish that will ultimate shock to Tomoya. But currently we can't tell which her goal is.... because that will make Tomoya break the rule. Although Aiko is weakest character in the series being a role of healer, but she is the most powerful being in the Gamalatica.

Aiko is born in July 2, G.C. 2018 in Kyotomo, Nippon and died in G.C. 2030. The data of this character is humanoid form were Aiko is Height at 144 cm and Weight at 36 kg. Her sizes is B71-W53-H77 and her cup size is AA which flat than Blanc. Her main weapon is magical stuff that she always used as both support and healing mage. Her religion is Buddihism. She like to wrote a novel and reading many books. She hate bullied especially her previous life that Olso did to Tomoya before she died. Her race is Goddess and her species is a Humanoid 'Tomoyatalian'. Her class is Healer/Support.

Aiko in this game wore Tomoeda elementary school uniform similar to Cardcaptor Sakura because of she is Tomoyatalian. There also Red-Eye animation that used by this character when angry like to all Blanc leaders but appear when you play as Ram and Konata Izumi only. Although Blanc's twin sister see Aiko as big sister, but Aiko's age is younger than Rom. In near future, she will reveal the real form alongside with her mother "Rinne" in human (Tomoyatalian) form, and the sequel setting in G.C. 6,5XX with the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica.

Aiko's deity title is "Goddess of The Wish". Aiko is only character who don't have alternate name option unlike most of other character.

Aiko Traits:

A Dream of Aiko was Aiko's diary that she have wrote on that serve as her memory which one day if she died in this world. Tomoya will know about her wish in the Gamalatica if she have grant that wish.

Aiko's range and siege unit grant 1 ranged attack. Her Library can hold 2 slot of great work of writing. Free 8 Aiko Manju, a unique luxury resource for your civilization and other leader who want to trade her Manju. Also, the civilization who denounce or at war with Aiko will caused your civilization can't do any diplomatic action more than denounce and declare a surprise war.

Aiko Agenda:
(Episode 1) Do the Wish
Aiko is only person in the Gamalatica who never have grant the wish until she have grant her wish. She want everyone to do the wish for her. But if she complete her wish, it will shocking for Tomoya that will make her want to kill someone even she don't want to break the rule that she can't kill the people.

Aiko always like to liberate a city even if that city is her enemy and not at war with her. She will declare a liberation and reconquest war only if there are bad person attacking her or her friend. She like all civilization that stay away from taking her city.

Aiko Unique Unit: ALA Unit
ALA is stand for "Anti-Lu-Al" and "Lu-Al" is stand for "Lucas's Alliance" (that not exist in this story) is the special force of the Empire of Gamalatica under the command of Lady Aiko who want the people with her wish to fight with her.

ALA Unit is powerful ranged unit that specifically for taking your city back from the enemy that taking your city away, but also the good unit for engage at enemy that settle near your city. Grant 20 strength in the enemy territory in 10 tile of your territory. Remember that, this unit is not melee unit like Order of Hiiragi or Mammoth MK.2 whose are melee unit with ranged strength.

As Her
Aiko is heavily focus on ranged unit and ranged cavalry (or light cavalry since Chiyukitalian change all light cavalry as ranged unit) since they were faster than siege unit although Aiko have longer range attack than most of Chiyukitalian, but Aiko didn't have strength when attack like Uni and also Siege unit can't move and attack in same turn. Aiko can make her Tomoyatalian unit as frontline unit since they will never get any penalties to melee unit attack. Combine with ALA unit, she is capable as strongest defense force to defend Tomoya from enemy unit.

Against Her
Uni capable to deal against Aiko with bonus range and strength when attacking, making as best civs to deal against Aiko's unit since Tomoyatalian unit were weaker than normal archer but strong for range. Peashy can punch out all Chiyukitalian unit thank to their anti-unique unit ability until she have unleashed ALA unit which impossible to defend from attack unless bring to heaviest city defense since ALA unit weak when attacking district.

Leader: Midori (17 year old)

Midori (みどり), official name prior before the afterlife as Midori Niwa (丹羽みどり "Niwa Midori". Born: April 27, G.C. 2006 in Tomokyo, Nippon. Died: April 26, 2023) or Vertimiki Niwa (丹羽ベル "Niwa Beru"), or simply Vert in reference code and script. Known to general populace as Lady Midori, Lady Niwa and Lady Vert is one of main character of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. Prior before her life in the afterlife is very successful as she have grant her wish to become the peacekeeper to the Nation of Unity (NOU) at 12 year old. Her duty is protect the people on poorest country from the massive civil war between the government and the rebel force (that backed by Federal Countries in the time of insane president) for over 12 year ago since G.C. 2011. She was send to this country as part of 317th Special Force Operation of Marusagi-Alpha Peacekeeper or simply known as Alpha Force for over 4 year since the NOU have offer her team to dangerous place in the (previous) world with most powerful battle armor. Her last mission was evacuation the civilian from conflict by the rebels that move toward the city. Although she would complete the mission, the suspected force of unknown force strike the city were she and her party is. In the middle of gunfight, she saw the a child run on the street that being aim by suspected force. She have sacrifice herself to her the child from the gunfight. Although both her and the children survive. But she is losing much of blood and passed away shortly after the Alpha Force member have save the child. The suspected force is later reveal as Against the Blanec Movement who want to pretended her for being youngest peacekeeper. The ABM have denied of being send to that conflict, but their trust is not for long until one of Alpha Force member reveal the force behind the attack. Her death have make the Alpha Force celebrate her last birthday as Thanksgiving.

Midori is born in April 27, G.C. 2006 in Tomokyo, Nippon and died in April 26, 2023 at 17 year old. Height at 163 cm and Weight at 48 kg. Her sizes is B93-W61-H87 and her cup size is F. Her main weapon is Anti-Material Rifle. Her religion is Shinto. She is similar to most of Vert were she like online video game and she hate to losing the fight. Her race is Goddess and her species is a Humanoid 'Chiyukitalian'. Her class is Tank/Support.

Midori in this game wore Alpha Force Mark-7 Battle Armor Grade S, the Military Battle Suit developed by Empire of Nippon in previous world which also later developed by Empire of Gamalatica's Imperial Gamalatica Army in SSD (Superior Solid Divinity) Technology that powerful than those HDD Technology that used by Gamindustri Goddess but extremely limitation size of capacity. Her outfit is much like a HDD form of the CPU in Gamindustri were this battle armor is the most advanced battle armor ever given by the Alpha Force. The previous Alpha Force soldier is appear similar to GIGN.

Midori's deity title is "Goddess of The Proection". In the alternate name option, her name will be change to "Niwa" were allow you to play as Vertimiki Niwa, Midori's surname and alternate name.

Niwa Traits: Alpha Force Guardian
Alpha Force Guardian or AFG is highest rank of Alpha Force. They have mentioned in Alpha Force Headquarter in Civ5.

She have 15 bonus strength when fight against Barbarian and Unique Unit lead by different civilization such as P-51, Hoplite, Dogoo Knight and SU-35. But they don't recognized the Gamalatica Unique Unit (which those used by Gamalatica in both Civ and leaders) as unique unit so you will never grant the strength against these unit. Somehow the bonus strength against unique unit is also count on Warrior Monk as well. All Midori's unit grant free cost when embark. All civilization who denounce or at war with her will reduce 15 strength, 1 movement and of course, can't healing. This is extremely deadly against civilization with massive army, but also help the weaker civilization against stronger civilization (to make sure that you choose the right civilization, not a wrong one like Konata as example who come with a lot of units).

Niwa Agenda: Guard the Home
Her duty is to protect the galaxy from the Abomon invasion which always Guard the Home from them.

Niwa will never engage at neighbor if that civilization never denounce her. She like all civilization from different neighbor that respect on her neighbors. She is really hate on those civilization engage on her neighbors. However, you can engage on her neighbors as long as you ARE not declare war on them.

Niwa Unique Unit: Alpha Force Soldier
Alpha Force was the special force of Empire of Gamalatica that appear to be more advanced than Civ 5 version were appear similar to GIGN. This unit was introduction in Civilization V as part of Alpha Force Headquarter wonder which only Neptunia civs can be train, otherwise, non-Neptunia Civs have this wonder just gain free 3 Alpha Force unit and if lost, it gone forever!! Alpha Force were commonly name as AFS which mean Alpha Force Soldier which generally mark on their Armor and Helmet.

The Alpha Force is extremely deadly against Unique Unit alongside with her trait. This unit also capable to fight against the naval unit without embarked like ALA Unit. Immune to WMD and completely invisible against other unit. Capable to attacking both ranged and melee combat. The unit model is appear to be a women with just a bikini (that taking from Civ 6 assets) were you find to be weird how less armor is better than more armor.

As Her
Niwa is good punch against all Unique Unit especially Brazil's Unique Battleship "Minas Geraes", Mightly "War cart", or even All modding unique unit such as JFD which most of Chiyukitalian naval unit have shield to defend against ranged attack. Player should build Alpha Force Soldier to punch up to all most powerful unique unit in Information Era or those were powerful than exist Chiyukitalian unit especially Tari!!

Against Her
Peashy is best leader to deal against Niwa as their unit are capable to deal against Neptunia unique unit except bought with Puncher which useless against Niwa, however, they can't take down Alpha Force Soldier.

Chiyuki (千幸 or ちゆき) or Chiyu (ちゆ), official name prior before the afterlife as Chiyuki Heiwa (平和千幸 "Heiwa Chiyuki". Born: June 16, G.C. 2006 in Tomokyo, Nippon. Died: March 25, G.C. 2017) or Blanec (ブラね "Burane") in reference code and script. Known to general populance as Lady Chiyuki or Lady Chiyu. Known in her simply name as Goddess of the Afterlife (some people given her name as Histoire of Touhou Galaxy Project) is the Tritagonist and one of main character of Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos. She is the goddess of the afterlife who watching all of the soul to reborn in new life with a wish prior before Tomoya have come. There are not much information about her life before the aftelife more than she is the first victim of the evil cyberbullying group known as 'Against the Blanec Movement' that bullying her, she was murder by Olso Klafficer and shred her into a piece of body after she have force other people to report Olso's online account that result in his ban.

Chiyuki is born in June 16, G.C. 2006 in Tomokyo, Nippon and died in March 25, G.C. 2017, the same day that Olso and Nill have founding the ABM group at 11 year old. Height at 117 cm and Weight at 4 Key Fragments. Her sizes is B5.25 CDs-W4 3.5 inch Floppy Discs-H27 SD Cards and her cup size is A. Her main weapon is Books. Her religion is Buddhism. She like all female friend and she love milk bath. She hate Olso Klafficer and the Against the Blanec Movement. Her race is Tome (and Goddess) and her species is a Humanoid 'Chiyukitalian'. Her class is Support.

Chiyuki's deity title is "Goddess of the Afterlife". In the alternate name option, her name will be change to "Blanec" were allow you to play as Blanec, Chiyuki's alternate name.

Chiyuki's Goddess of the Afterlife role is guide the lost soul to the afterlife with her wish.

Each apostle that purchase by her grant all promotion and her religion unit always ignore terrain cost. Her shrine and temple grant 1 slot of great work which represent as soul collection. Her Gamalatica grant 10 combat strength when fight against other civilization with different religion. If other civilization denounce or at war with her will reduce 75% of religion pressure and can't train any religion unit more than a Missionary. For player who want to beat a religion victory then don't denounce her.

Chiyuki Agenda: Bless the Wish
Chiyuki have ability to blessing the wish and making them come true. While the normal person have only 1 wish. A strongest feeling person such as the protagonist and main character like Tomoya, Aiko or antagonist like Nill William have 3 wish. However, there are 3 prohibited rule that no people were allow to granting the wish are 1: No wish that conflict to the other person's wish such as bring Abomon on Tomoya's Gamalatica. 2: No wish that directly killing the person like grant the wish to kill Tomoya. Finally: No wish that involve with Olso Klafficer or Against the Blanec Movement. Olso Klafficer break the rule that he can't grant the wish and he ask other people to grant the wish for him by create a Tactical Force that specifically for working for ABM force.

Her agenda is much like Tomoya but instead that she like all male leader.

Chiyuki Unique Unit: Royal Priestess

One of Chiyuki's Royal Priestess is punished on Konata's warrior.

Royal Priestess is the group of religion order that guard the Church that worship Tomoya. These unit is rework of Clow Order that used by Tomoya prior before replaced by Mammoth walker.

The Royal Priestess is one of early leader unique unit that unlocked in Industrial Era. Unlike most of other unit in this list. This is only Gamalatica Unique Unit that unlocked by Civics more than Tech. Royal Priestess is weakest Leader unique unit in Gamalatica that can be destroyed by a single GDR unit. Royal Priestess is melee unit but have range attack like most of leader unique unit (except for Galactic Swordsman). Taking enemy city is automatic convert to her religion. There are 4 model of Royal Priestess that will random to each unit have been trained (one of them is appear to be Galactic Trooper model), Rarest Royal Priestess that you can get is to be have 4 different model in one single unit.

Note that some of the mod might conflict the unique unit system since Chiyukitalian unit were using SQL (also take from vanilla unit) rather than XML which result return to main menu. Galactic Federation of Gamalatica (EP2)

(Supergalactica Neptunia: Galactic Federation of Gamalatica)

"Will you 'Keep going' or 'Give up' in the Afterlife, Rinne? Stop Suiciding."

Great Seal of Interstellar Federation or "Gekino Bird" was the seal of the Empire of Gamalatica since founding in G.C. 2022.

In Episode 2 is setting prior before story of Rinne Somnium which setting 2000 year after Episode 1. This prequel story is setting in G.C. 4,5XX. 100 year after Olso Klafficer and his Abomon force of Against the Blanec Movement is destroyed by the hand of Aiko have reveal herself to be true "God of the Gamalatica" who want to create this afterlife world in order to protect Tomoya from going suicide after she was bullied by Nill William and his online member who bullied her to death in G.C. 2022. The Empire of Gamalatica is now reformation into the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica (known in code as Interstellar Federation) which lead by Empress Sakura. The Federation is now the Federal Democratic Republic with President as head of states and head of the government instead of Empress and Princess, allowing more people to lead the government (although the de facto head of states of the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica is lead by Empress of the Galactic Federation "Lady Rinne". As Tomoya is now become a truly God of The Gamalatica after Aiko have given all her power to her and Tomoya will never going back in this episode, but she still watching this world alongside with Chiyuki from heaven as the God of The Gamalatican and support Aiko and her friend before Olso Klafficer and his new breed of Abomon force of Against the Blanec Movement will return in 2000 year later with nothing but bullying. The Abomon will using the tactic like they did in the previous world including harassment, swatting, suicide and even more. This story will be darker than the original episode.

Will 'Rinne' able to save the Gamalatica from the evil force of 'reborn' Against the Blanec Movement lead by 'Olso Klafficer', and finding the true happiness or she will suffer to this bully that make unhappy and he will never care if she commit suicide in this unfair world known as

'Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Rinne Somnium'.

Gamalatica Goddesses is currently lead by Rinne, Aiko, Tsukara and Harusu.

This Gamalatica lead by two Chiyukitalian goddesses is Tsukara and Harusu, and two Tomoyatalian goddess is Aiko and Rinne. All Previous Gamalatican leader will return in this mod as well. The Galactic Federation of Gamalatica lead by Lady Aiko, the Former God of The Gamalatica, as this version is more powerful than previous Aiko thanks to her combine trait from other. She like to be friend with all civilization and not denounce her. Rinne, Empress of the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica. She have strong good relation with all civilization who willing to like her and she will not denounce anyone. Tsukara, Naval Commander of Federation and youngest member of Hatsumi family. She don't like all civilization that surprise war on her friend. Finally, Harusu. She is master at engage on civilization that not like her even never denounce or befriend as her spy is very powerful and she is rival to Uni.

Rinne (formal 凛祢, common リンネ. Born: August 12, G.C. 2014. Died: July 2, G.C. 2030) or full name known as Rinne Yoshimizu (吉水凛祢 "Yoshimizu Rinne") of Yoshimizu family. Known to general populace as Lady Rinne is the Main Protagonist in the Supergalactica Neptunia Galaxy of Peace and Chaos: Rinne Somnium. She is Aiko's daughter and she appearance to be much younger in this story. She is very kind and cheerful in this series. There are no information regard of this person or connection to other victim of the Against the Blanec Movement yet. But she feel regret about the ABM's action and she not feel good if she see the people suffer from lost something or their wish get destroyed like Tomoya's wish was crushed by Nill William after he put her name and her work into a hate speech. She is the Empress of the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica and she is just a normal person who don't have any weapon to fight unlike most of other character more than a wish.

Rinne born in August 12, G.C. 2014 and she died in July 2, G.C. 2030. She is Height at 157 cm and Weight at 38 kg. Her cup size is A. She never using any weapon but the wish. Her religion is Buddihism. She like everything as long as she see you happy and not suffer. She don't like people suffer or going suicide (especially failed to prevent them) as she have prevent many people for going suicide that caused by ABM online group. Her race is Goddess and her species is a Humanoid 'Tomoyatalian'. Her class is Ruler.

Rinne's deity title is "Goddess of the Dream".

Rinne Traits: Ruler of the Gamalatican
Lady Rinne is the de facto head of states of the Galactic Federation of Gamalatica. She is the Ruler of the Gamalatican who in previous life have protect the people from going suicide by ABM. She have create a new utopia known as Rinne Utopia in hope to keep the Gamalatica away from Abomon threat. Rinne Utopia have opposite path which is Olso Klafficer's Dif-Right.

Rinne is very well popular among all leader who appear in the game except for Konata Izumi as she will grant 25 relation with other leader that like her. She, however, can't denounce and declare war on anyone except for liberation, protection, reconquest and emergency war. She is Artificial Chiyukitalian that created by XJM Project under project known as "Harusu Project" as part of most powerful and advanced Artificial intelligence system that can using for fight against new threat of Abomon and the Against the Blanec Movement. However, she don't have much about knowledge of this unfair world of Supergalactica Neptunia. Also, XJM Project mentioned that there are dozen of Harusu clone body with complete memory ready to use if the last one is killed or blow into a piece, all Harusu clone that killed previously will transfer all memory (except for her death) to new her body. The group is infamously known for murdering Tomoya by bullying her to death after she save her cat from these bullies. Although they don't want to kill Tomoya because they want to pretended her by killing her cat as a lesson for mess up with him for being put their name into her work as her antagonist after they did put her name and her work 'Galaxy of Peace' into the hate speech and become a hate symbol to entire world of internet just want to pretended her to make sure that she will response for their action as a funny to her and because of they using her and her work under a fair use like they did to Jenet the Toad, a children cartoon that they put for a hate speech as part of supporting the insane president of the Federal Countries that lead the creator of that Toad killing himself after he get multiple backlash by people who against the president by accused him for being making a toad for supporting the president and the Dif-Right which they want to see Tomoya suicide like they did to him. However, instead of making her going suicide. Tomoya able to pull her out from them and protect her cat that end up killing her instead. The Abomon lead by two infamous bullies are Nill 'Kuan' William and Olso Klafficer. Nill William, the main antagonist of the series who is the Armchair Commander that lead the ABM under the Koscon Special Pact. The infamous military force that specifically to kill Tomoya's Gamalatica as they grant the land unit twice and stealthy. Olso Klafficer, the villain and the infamous Generalissimo who hate all people mess up with him. He lead various Tactical Force, Response Major Militarization (RMM) and Muccushoketts Republican Guard. Olso is the perfect of civilization for the player that running for war as he will never get any denounce from other civilization. BUT they will start the special Emergency against them at anytime when he declare a war. Also, these character are feature with their full name unlike the Gamalatica character that only feature with just a single name.

While they are stronger than Empire of Gamalatica due to strong military unique unit and no maintain that allow to spam against the Gamalatica, as well as they don't get anything such as losing loyalty after you denounce Tomoya. BUT, you can't trade, declare a friendship and all diplomatic action against other civilization more than just declare war or make demand to them. Also, this is first civilization (of Mastodonmk2 mod) that solely design for war and conquest, nothing else.

The enemy civilian unit can't enter to this civilization, as well as you can't train any civilian unit beside of builder, trader and military engineer. This civilization can't doing anything to other civilization more than declare a surprise war and making peace and can't be built any district more than military stuff or have great person and wonder. This civilization can't win any other victory more than a Domination victory.

YeBlack is very powerful ranged unit (that only single range attack) that quickly meltdown the enemy unit. YeBlack is also serve as both ranged unit and anti-air unit. Adjacent to friendly melee unit will improve the 10 defense strength to this unit. However, this unit is ineffective against cavalry and naval unit. As well as it vulnerable when defend against melee unit that attacking the enemy outside of your border.

Abomon unique unit is far more powerful than the Gamalatica, but they lacking one key major is ranged strength. None of Abomon Unique Unit have ranged attack more than 2, as well as all of Naval unit don't have anti-air strength. The Abomon always come with their unique unit such as Camper, the ranged unit that high damage against melee unit but can't attack while move. Tactical Force, the group of militia that fight well in enemy border but less effective in non-enemy border. Bradley, the fast ranged cavalry can perform against support unit but weak against heavy cavalry such as Falchion. Muccushoketts, a Heavy Guided Missile Cruiser that armed with multiple missile launcher and massive space cannon that capable to deal against Megumin-class Star Dreadnought, one of lead ship "ABMS Racket B. Spinner" is the Klafficer's Muccushoketts-class which name after "Racket B. Spinner", the infamous white supremacist from previous world. FA-15, powerful starfighter that capable to deal against SX-3 and SX-4 but weak against land and naval unit. As well as Gamalatica's most nightmare, the Zerkface, the infamous Nill William's unique unit that specifically to deal against Tomoya's unique unit of Mammoth MK.2 and Mastodon MK.2 walker. Also, most of Abomon late unit require oil resource so you should steal most of oil from enemy civilization.

He found this infamous online group in March 25, G.C. 2017 with goal to take the arms against "Blanec" which is Chiyuki by referred them as "The Blans", the young girl who later become the goddess in this afterlife were she meet Tomoya to making the wish. Olso Klafficer in this game is wore general uniform similar to US Army. His race and species is unknown beside that he appear to be Abomon species, a Dinosaur-like species. He also have a luxury watches that came from the tax of his people, although he claim that he just borrowing from his friend (that maybe died without explain).

Olso Klafficer Unique Unit: Response
Response Major Militarization (RMM) or simply known as Response is the infamous Klafficer's militia force that contain with many his Tactical Force that rival to Alpha Force, but unlike Alpha Force that they can't grant strength against Unique Unit like Alpha Force due to they don't have future technology stuff. They are using Arma-like tactic. RMM is always underestimate the Alpha Force such as they using Second Global Conflict weapon such as Automatic Pistol 40 more than their reality weapon of KX-Blaster Assault Rifle.

Response is one of the most powerful ABM unique unit. Being capable to take down both land and naval unit. They are stealth and bonus strength when attacking enemy city at full strength. RMM is great threat to Gamalatica warship like those Megumin Star Dreadnought as they can overrun them quickly. However, the RMM is vulnerable to bomber if there are no Anti-Air unit adjacent to them. Fact that there are only two AA unit in this faction. The RMM is also extremely vulnerable to Midori's Alpha Force Soldier due to their underestimate to these Alpha Force.

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Planeptune Civilization)

Overview:
Planeptune, also known as Land of Purple Progress is the most advanced nation on the Gamindustri which have technology that rivally to Gamalatica as Gamalatica may have more advanced technology than Planeptune but they come in 8-bit. Although they lack of space flight and space exploration technology. Planeptune is serve as primary nation in Hyperdimension Neptunia series with several protagonist here and Planeptune is also have good relation with Gamalatica who also represent with various Sega console. Planeptune is only nation prior before Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory that didn't start with "L" letter.

Planeptune Civilization lead by 7 Leader are include with Neptune, Nepgear, Plutia, Uzume, Neptune (Ultra), B-Sha and Histoire.

Planeptune in currently lead by three leader are 2 Neptune, Nepgear, Plutia, Uzume, B-Sha and Histoire. Segami once was part of Planeptune until she was move to Sega Hard Girls Civilization instead. Neptune is like for war with other nation as think that Planeptune is the most powerful nation ever!! While Nepgear is like to seeking friend with other civilization that not backstab. Plutia like all leader that friend with her friend and hate those engage her friend in a surprise war. Uzume like civs that not control her city. B-Sha love all civilization with a money and finally, Histoire like all civilization that hard work in all yield.

Note that both B-Sha and Histoire require Gathering Storm DLC in order to play these two leader as they build in different code unlike older Planeptune leader who come with BWH instead of LTD.

Planeptune Builder gain extra charge. Kill enemy unit gain full science when fight outside and faith when fight inside your border.

Neptune (and Peon) is kind like these Pudding and she never give any Pudding to everyone. Peashy have attempt to eat Neptune's Pudding.

Neptune Agenda: Symbol Attack!
Symbol Attack is common attack turn in Neptunia game when a player attacking enemy first before they have react.

Her agenda is much like Alexander were she like all civilization that enjoy to declaration of war on other civilization. But different that she hate all civilization that declare a war on her nation. Neptune is only Planeptune leader who may have chance that she will never promise anyone if she violate player which unlike most of other Planeptune or even Sakura who similar to Neptune.

Neptune Unique Unit: Dogoo Knight

Dogoo were weakest monster in Neptunia series, they were commonly found on Planeptune and Tomoyatania (until they overrun everywhere in the Gamalatica). Somehow Neptune able to ride these Dogoo like a horse.

Neptune's Dogoo Knight is very common unit that cheaper than Knight replacement and never require a horse resource. This unit is not just have no combat penalties against anti-cavalry, but also grant 20 combat strength against this type of unit as well. However, this unit is vulnerable to Swordsman unit if one of your Dogoo Knight attacking one of them will get 20 strength damage to Dogoo Knight since sword were capable to slice these smile unit.

Nepgeardam is powerful light cavalry unit that replaced cavalry. This unit is require Iron instead of Horse resource.

Plutia Agenda: Sadie
Plutia is very sadist as she always torture people in her HDD Form that affect to both her friend and the enemy. But she come with more cute name as 'Sadie' that come from Neptune.

She like all friendly civilization that have friend with her also declare a friendship with her friend. She hate all civilization that denouncing her or declare a surprise war on her friend if you were not as her friend.

Plutia Unique Unit: Animated Doll

A lonely Gamalatica Royal Scout near Plutia's Animated Doll.

Plutia love to stuff and making Doll similar to her friend and also love to getting smash when see someone being injure, such as Arfoire for example when she have attempt to threat IF with Eggplant.

The Animated Doll were weaker than Warrior, however, they were cheaper and powerful at mass number while adjacent to another dolls, more doll will make nightmare for Gamalatica Archer, as well as make early city defense useless against these massive attack. Gain additional doll while play as Plutia (which always Plutia's Unique Unit but if someone used her doll will gain just one unit!). Unlike the Civ 5 version that made by Vice. This version will never obsoletes at Gunpowder which still keep to train even there are Swordsman, Musketman, Infantry and Mechanized Infantry available. Grant additional strength in new era and grant more doll after complete on those tech. However, this Warrior unit can't be upgrade.

Mousou Katharsis is one of Megadimension Neptunia VII soundtrack.

Uzume like all civilization that keep her city intact and hate those were taking one of her city away.

Uzume Unique Unit: Umio Builder & Umio Warrior
Umio was Uzume's parter, Umio was male fish creature with face similar to Sega's video game "Seaman". Also Umio is first Neptunia playable character that not female and not humanoid.

Umio Builder have less build charge cost than replacement, but these fish have ability to upgrade their work to fight for Uzume if she was at war with other civilization (not city-states, but still find the coding system). This concept have similar to Smart Doll from Typhlomence's Culture Japan/Sorunia Civilization mod from Civilization V, but there are bug while at war since Umio Builder will be replaced by Umio Warrior, as currently we can't find out how to keep this unit even have new unit upgrade since this is Firaxis's fault!!

Umio Warrior have same strength as vanilla warrior, but unlike Warrior that Umio warrior still useful to take down later era unit as bonus 10 strength when enter new era.

Leader: Neptune (Ultra)

Neptune Trait: Neptune's Adventure
Unlike Hyperdimension Neptune, This Neptune have no Goddess form and she still remain as human and adventure after being trap in Zero Dimension. But this game still allow her as Planeptune ruler not even she is not CPU!!

Under this Neptune, all Planeptune recon unit gain free 1 promotion which useful to explore more faster than anyone. Since this Neptune have adventure to many world and many dimension that likely got lick by some dimension Dogoo or being hunt down by Bedrull after trap in Chiyuki, she still always run to avoid such as thing which she have teach her army to ignore terrain cost, allow unit to take down weak terrain cost unit without take problem such as Ducken Trooper since these plastic boy can't fear as careless archer or warrior that try to defend their home from Chiyukitalian invasion.

Neptune Agenda: Nep-Note
Nep-Note was a small book that collect every bug that she found, which capable to put anything into a book which also as prison since can put anything not even a person, but the book can't take much of space and explosive if that object have strength enough to break this book (such as put an Shinano-class Carrier).

Neptune will always clear Barbarian camp that try to invade their land. Like those have strong adventure world or complete satellite project and she tired with those never explore or weaker than her.

Neptune Unique Unit: Scout Service
Scout were the character appear in Victory and Victory II, player may can be trust or not so whatever for player thinking.

This Ranger replacement will help their friend win the battle as gain 10 strength to those friendly unit that close to these Scout Service, but (Like Mammoth) that owner unit can't gain strength.

B-Sha is one of the Employee of Chuko's Super Rare Second-Hand Shop that she have been work on.

B-Sha's Planeptune is gold friendly and she have a bathtub with a water made out of money that will spin Aiko's head were she will grant 1 extra slot of trader. She is one of civilization that useful in war that each time she killing the enemy unit will grant 100% gold from strength of that enemy she kill. Grant 10 gold from trade with other civilization, make sure that she need to target in one of Gamalatica player who provide more gold than normal that will making B-Sha insanely amount of gold that allow her to have take a bath with all money that she make. However, she can't made a spy operation to steal a money from other civilization especially Gamalatica players.

B-Sha Agenda: Lo-Li Supreme
B-Sha is very cute similar to Orange Heart and innocent like a lo-li girl. Her Lo-Li Supreme is her special ability where she, Rom and Ram will take the shot. She, Aiko, Rom and Ram is Lo-Li girl.

B-Sha is rarely to take a fight with other civilization or never involve with any emergency. She like all civilization with high income and not like those are weak in one of these. The problem of B-Sha is non other than Gamalatica because she will spam all trader against Gamalatica city that will make other leader upset with B-Sha since Gamalatica have a surprise mechanics.

B-Sha Unique Unit: Bazooka Infantry
B-Sha have a powerful toy called 'Bazooka' that make anything explosive while hit it. After she have become a ruler of Planeptune, she being to mass product one of these weapon to her infantry to deal the enemy armor especially Falchion.

Although the unit is weaker than replacement, but this unit is useful as anti-cavalry unit with ability to protect other unit from enemy air unit. This unit will never require any resource. B-Sha's Bazooka infantry is very powerful melee unit that almost rival to Gamalatica Heavy Trooper who is weaker than replacement, but they have range and it's always ranged unit than melee anti-cavalry unit.

Leader: Histoire

Histoire Trait: Oracle of Planeptune
Histoire is the Oracle of Planeptune who always appear in every Neptunia game (even Supergalactica Neptunia also have her). She is largely refer by her people as CPU of Planeptune while her actually CPU that rule the Planeptune is end up being lazy and nap all days. She may want to find more suitable person to become a new CPU of Planeptune that is non other than Sakura who have similar face of Neptune.

Her capital grant 5% of all yield much like Neptune but weaker. Grant 10 strength for her city defense and ranged strength when protect against invader especially the Barbarian. She can train all Planeptune Leader unit except for Uzume's Umio worker due to complex of this unit are.

Histoire Agenda: (*ω*')
Histoire have very cute emoticon like this one which that both Ultradimension Histoire and Chiyuki always done this.

Histoire will highly focus on growing her civilization and she always respect the civilization with all 6 yield that higher than her are Gold, Faith, Culture, Science, Production and Food. She hate those are not one of these. Of course that if you were denounce Mayu will cause your civilization meltdown and Histoire will upset on you.

Lastation

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Lastation Civilization)

"LS" Emblem was main symbol of Lastation nation.

Overview:
Lastation, also known as Land of Black Regality is the most powerful nation of the Gamindustri rival to Planeptune and Chiyukitalian being "does everything", although their military is much like Chiyukitalian being as Defence Force. Lastation is also known for most hard work nation on Gamindustri.

Lastation in currently lead by two leader are Noire (and Ultradimension Noire) and Uni, both are Tsundere and if there are Ultradimension Noire in this game will easily to play as Kotori to kill someone without warmonger. As Noire is focus on Science Victory, she will be dangerous in late game as she will have XMB Artillery to deal with them while Uni is focus on Domination Victory as her siege unit have bonus against them, and she is known as most dangerous in every game being as Vert being that Siege unit can knock city defense faster although they might not often to attack enemy unit more than city. Ultradimension Noire is similar to Kotori Hatsumi with except that her Agenda soon will replaced in Rise and Fall.

In Rise & Fall, Noire's Agenda will like Civs with large number of Wonder or Production and will not like backward civs with poor production, Noire will like those with strong one of these so she will accept a friend request. Uni's Agenda will not like Civilization with large number of Siege unit will like civilization that weak on it. Although have attempt to make this before but not working until this DLC was arrive, Uni will also attack on Civs with strong number Siege unit which easily to match, however, Kotori Hatsumi is real problem to archive this. Also that Uni is not like Noire players!! (but not include with Kotori and Mayu player.)

Lastation Trait: Land of Black Regality
Land of Black Regality is common name of Lastation, primary common in Original and Re;Birth 1.

Trade with your own city gain 2 production. All district build half time and much like Chiyukitalian that gain 1 era after complete. Allow to build unique industrial zone see below.

Lastation Unique Unit: XMB Artillery
"XMB" is stand for "eX-Multi Blaster" which generally was Uni's HDD weapon.

This Rocket Artillery replacement have highest defense similar to bombard and have longer range than artillery which rivalry to Turtle.

Lastation Unique District: Avenir
Avenir was biggest industrial company in Lastation of Superdimension (Original/Re;Birth1) as 80-90% of work are came from Avenir, as well as serve as central plot in Lastation act. Kroyon (Kor-Yon) Heavy Industrial District have similar to Avenir as largest Industrial zone of Chiyuki which located on central of capital city known as Tomokyo which large as entire Kazakhstan as Kroyon was own by the government while several factory are mix with private and the government, and also the located of main Hyperion Shipyard Corporation, Stardrive System Industries and Universal Startech. Unlike Kroyon which as industrial zone, Avenir was a manufacturing company and their action in story often to choose small company that being verge of bankruptcy and create a bond to them and the parliament, but the truth of Avenir was found for defeating Neptune after warring to access to advanced technology of Lastation to create a CPU Breaker and also they have name similar to one of company in Final Fantasy. Avenir also mentioned in HDN Mk2.

Avenir have no special but always be build at start of the game without have to research, making Lastation faster production than Chiyukitalian, but there are no Kroyon district exist in Chiyukitalian.

Leader: Noire
Noire Trait: Black Heart's Beauty
Black Heart have thinking that she is most beauty ever, beside as Green Heart. However, Black Heart's beauty is likely mean their strength and power.

15% Production toward wonder, gain 1 science when player have a friendship and friend gain 1 production.

Noire Agenda: Paper Hard Work
Kei often to offer Noire work with paper although fact that Noire use Computer instead.

Noire will always accept friend request by player if Noire like those advanced player with high production or wonder, she not like those weak in technology and the production as well.

Likes Advanced Civilization with high production. Dislikes Backward Civilization with low production.

Note: This Ultra Noire have same Trait name but different ability.

Noire Agenda: Lonely Heart
This Noire very Lonely for all days and she have only one true friend "Plutia".

She like those civilization that never make her to complain (just like Karma but different) and she will complain those neighbor that make her to complain such as declare war and denounce on her.

As Her
Noire player should build Avenir first before anything else and quick found a city and train the trader to own city to gain production, if player found a friend like Chiyukitalian then go for sure if they will be useful as friend that enemy. Miki will always like those Noire player which allow Noire players to take a friend with her without any problem.

Uni Trait: Black Sister's Boldness
Uni is type of person who like to shooting people who get their way, Uni love to duel with Noire in gun to sword fight but end up getting lost to her. Uni also lose duel with Kotori in gun to gun fight that almost get Uni explosive into a piece by Kotori's GC-36 FX-Blaster Rifle although Uni can dodge every energy projectile.

50% production on ranged and siege unit. Every ranged and siege unit under Uni's Lastation gain 10 strength when attack and 1 range, as well as all siege unit can move and attack at same turn, that mean if player have these XMB Artillery, they will be useful to take out those Chiyukitalian Turtle since Turtle have same range as XMB Artillery, under Uni will gain 1 range attack for all XMB but shouldn't attack Turtle when move your XMB into Chiyukitalian border!! But XMB Artillery still have weaker range than SPHA-T although they were weak strength than XMB, however.

Uni Agenda: XMB Lock On
Uni love to lock on enemy with her XMB gun as most powerful weapon in Lastation while XJM Project have want to make making Negative Heart to clean their soul similar to Tomoya's ability.

Uni will want to top of the Civilization strong in ranged and siege unit and really not like those civilization that stronger in these unit than her, as well as those Noire players. But she never looking on Chiyukitalian leader like Kotori.

Uni will increase raged with Chiyukitalian player if player have put Turtle in their own city from Uni invasion with ranged and siege unit attack if player keep defend Chiyuki from Uni, if you don't want to make bad relation then have leave your own capital fall for Uni and other player will denounce Uni for good until you can emergency against her.

As Her
Uni is second most powerful civilization that capable to deal with Gamalatica especially ranged unit if player fight against large number of Royal Guardian, but also extra damage then use melee unit to flank these archer. After complete a tech that allow to build a XMB Artillery, player have to keep these Artillery defend your city if player was attack by, if siege enemy city, player should have use hit and run tactic or defend with melee or ranged unit.

Against Her
Gamalatica under Kotori and her Rock Band and Musical Idol unit will quick tear down those Uni city for good even she never at war with her. Lastation that lead by Noire is good way to deal with Uni who always beat Noire player from the game.

Unlike Ram, Uni still want to declare a friendship if player have reach relation with Uni strong enough (around 25 relation value or higher).

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Lowee Mk2 & Lowee Civilization)

Overview:
Lowee, also known as Land of White Serenity is much older or younger nation in Gamindustri being have fully of magic and retro structure like Mushroom, located on the north of Gamindustri, the nation is full of snow landmass. Lowee is known as play for major role in every Hyperdimension Neptunia series and also as place for someone easily to get lost there.

Lowee in currently lead by three leader are Blanc, Rom and Ram. Blanc is best for anyone have problem with Tundra and Snow tile as she will do this job good and she will focus on train the Great Writer. Rom is good on Trade with other civilization as her will get culture and Ram is focus on culture as well.

There are bug AI system with Ram when play as Chiyukitalian as she will plot against Chiyukitalian player if you are no longer friend with her but she still friendly toward player, the message that she have plan to war against Chiyukitalian which player can be see when player have max level gossip with Ram. She will declare war against the player with Joint War!! Don't denounce or get denounce by someone.

Lowee Traits: Land of White Serenity
Land of White Serenity is common name of Lowee, primary common in Original and Re;Birth 1.

Every tundra and snow tile under Lowee will have 1 culture. If Lowee player have problem with Peter and Russia then have to prepare for defending your nation (or capture one of their city if player don't want his Russia convert your culture border) Otherwise, player will loss dominated over the snow tile.

Lowee Unique Unit: Magical Soldier
Magical Soldier were female soldier of Lowee Army that train in art of marksmanship and magic, rumor that they also learning from Blanc's novel as their techniques which cause their recruitment suffer to fact that Blanc have assault one of these soldier. Lowee Empire have similar these soldier were known as Magical Trooper that they also learning from Blanec's novel, but unlike them. They were afraid of wearing Redshirt!!

Magical Soldier is weaker than Musketman replacement but strong when fight against enemy unit on tundra and snow tile with strongly ignore terrain, as well as they will not require the resource to train. This will useful to hold the ground against Dogoo Knight or Republic Trooper invader.

Lowee Unique Improvement: Mushroom Fiefdom
Mushroom-like structure were common in Lowee especially in snow place.

This unique farm can be build on tundra and snow tile only, plus 1 food when research Steam Power. 1 gold after Electricity and 1 culture after Computer, unlike Vice's Civ5 version of Lowee. They can't gain point to Great Writer which will overpowered especially with Tomoya.

Leader: Blanc
Blanc, known to general populace as Lady White Heart was CPU of Lowee. She was very quiet and reserved but she is extremely hot temper when she get upset and she would do this as her did. Although being easily to get mad and meaning, she is very love to her nation and do her best to protect them from any threat. Her common lobby is reading a book.

Note that both Hyper and Ultra Blanc have same traits and agenda.

Blanc Trait: Snow wasteland (Originally was to be White Heart's wrath)
Before being replaced as Snow wasteland, we have using White Wart's wrath but the system in Civ 6 can't handle this and fact that we don't know about Lua code in that time which replaced to more peaceful since Blanc never want to at war with those people unless those have mean to her.

Lowee under Blanc will gain food from Tundra and snow tile, making easily to gain food on hard place beside as Chiyukitalian (that district will stuck that plot forever). Amphitheater can how twice slot of Great Work of Writing if player don't have enough space to build one of these district, make her to win the culture victory.

Blanc Agenda: White Time
White Time is one of original soundtrack of (Original) Hyperdimension Neptunia as the song is all about Blanc and Lowee.

Blanc will want to build large stand army, she will not likely to build navies or air force to match the force to survive. She like the player who pose no threat to her and her neighbors, otherwise, she hate those player who surprise war on her neighbors and herself and will make war with those have attacking their neighbors with surprise war unless player or she denounce it. She will never attacking neighbors unless denounce. India under Chandragupta is super problem if they want to be Cyrus.

Leader: Rom
Rom Trait: The White Sapphire of Binary Star
The name of traits was came from Civilization V mod Endoron's HyperDimension Neptunia Lowee Ruby and Sapphire versions Rom and Ram.

Gain 3 Culture for each trade route to international city. All unit automatic healing when fighting in tundra and snow tile.

Rom Agenda: Little Afraid
Rom is very afraid of stranger although she is kindness with all people unless bullying them.

Rom is very afraid of stronger nation, but she still befriend with all civilization that like her. She will never declare war on anyone (except Emergency since currently Firaxis still not yet update with this action but we saw in Netherlands's Leader). She like player who didn't pose no threat to her and really not like to those attack or declare war on her.

Lowee unit under Ram will gain 25% strength of killing unit to culture which useful to hit Order of Hiiragi which this unit will gain super strength to them, but player have to find the way to kill the Order of Hiiragi when lead by Kotori. 1 Culture from Marsh, Oasis, and Floodplains.

Ram Agenda: Drew every Book
Ram is kind like to drew every Blanc's lovable book along with Rom and given her angry and chase after them. Ram will drew every book that Blanc love except Aiko, if Ram draw any Aiko novel (especially A Dream of Aiko) will likely that Chiyukitalian Naraka have welcome Ram to that place since Aiko would murder her for doing such as this since she didn't have any book to replaced since her book have given memories of worse day being watch her entire family getting murder by Star Conflict. She is not just drew Blanc's book, she also prank Neptune and Noire when she meet Blanc.

Ram's Agenda is nothing special by just have high culture than her, she really not like those lower than her.

Maryo is one of gamipic character that appear in Chirper, commonly appear in Lowee.

This worker can be train by Lowee under Ram, they have twice charge cost more than normal builder, however, they will died so fast when close to Chiyukitalian R-2 Unique Builder which cause them to revolt their entire charge to 0.

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Leanbox Civilization)

Spear X-shape was main symbol of Leanbox nation.

Overview:
Leanbox, also known as Land of Green Pastures is the most freedom and relax nation of Gamindustri and never have been conflict with other three nation for long (as Hyperdimension) being as Island nation. Leanbox is hard to conquest in military power by other nation except of Chiyukitalian (because of lacking spaceship and space operation).

Leanbox in currently lead by sole leader is Vert, she is extreme power in Anti-Cavalry unit and she will build much these unit, she is dangerous in mid and late game as she will build these unit for conquest on other nation.

Leanbox Trait: Land of Green Pastures
Land of Green Pastures is common name of Leanbox, primary common in Original and Re;Birth 1.

All Anti-Cavalry gain 10 Strength and they also can move after attack. 1 Culture to every Entertainment Complex, Theater Square and Commercial Hub.

Leanbox Unique Unit: Ran-Ran
Ran-Ran is female with White Pig-like mask like this text "(´'w'`)".

Ran-Ran is powerful defense unit for Leanbox as any military unit that stationed same tile as Ran-Ran gain 10 Defense Strength. Unlike Mammoth or Mastodon that nearby unit gain strength when defend, these Ran-Ran is only same plot as them and it using much of Ran-Ran to cover all unit, but don't let Ran-Ran fall into enemy hand or player can using these worker as defensive tool especially when attacking by melee or ranged attack. It should protect most important unit that player think that this can defeat enemy.

Leanbox Unique District: Live Arcade
The Live Arcade will gain free 5 gold and faith, but nothing wonderful.

Eden

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Eden Civilization)
Overview:
Eden is youngest and shortest-live nation of Ultradimension Gamindustri, as start for stolen shares of other nation before being recover the memory, after recovery, the nation start to fall apart.

Eden is lead by single leader known as Peashy, she is extremely to punch out all enemy unit with her strong melee unit combat and the Unique Unit thanks to Anonydeath's information on Noire's cosplay and some Kasami's Pronography image from Meito Anizawa, she have know how to take down their Unique Unit that lead by CPUs (although they can't fight against Order of Hiiragi) unless when fight against Niwa. Peashy is deadly but friendly if you make a friendship too early unless player have weak army, but strong in navy or air force.

Eden Traits: Land of Yellow Wasp
The name of traits was came from Civilization V mod Endoron's HyperDimension Neptunia: Eden Peashy.

Eden can't recruit Great Prophet or found a religion since Eden was very young nation. Melee class unit reduce 3 maintenance and melee combat unit gain 50% experience when combat.

Eden Unique Unit: Puncher
Peashy love to wearing gloves to punch out all enemy that she want, most of her gloves have claw.

These Eden Fighter are cheaper, faster and strong in number but weaker strength than replacement which Archer are great threat. These Puncher were useful when deal against Chiyukitalian's Tomoyatalian Archer units (that not lead by Aiko) which they were completely weak when defense against melee attack.

Eden Unique Building: Anonydeath's Lab
Anonydeath have keep his secret power for Peashy here and he is not just keep Peashy's power here, also he is have collection of various Noire cosplay image and he also trade legal Kasami's cosplay image to Anizawa and later various Tomoya's bathtub scene image after he was caught for have selling these Kasami image.

This secret building replaced Sewer which gain 1 Amenity but loss 1 housing.

Peashy Agenda: Are you stronger than Neptuna?
Neptuna is name spell by Peashy about Neptune.

Peashy like player who strong in land army but really dislike those player who weak land army than her but stronger in Navy or Air Force, Peon is most likely who don't focus on land unit but naval unit and air unit.

As Her
Peashy is best civs to prepare for war with every protagonist CPUs except Peon which she would make strongest naval unit that punch out all attacker unit. Chiyukitalian is best target for Peashy since no vanilla unit exist in Chiyukitalian (with few non-combat unit) but they can't gain extra damage against their leader unique unit.

Use Puncher to punch against city will easily to take down weak civs that don't have strong defense.

Against Her
Kasami and Peon's Chiyukitalian will easily to get rid of Punchers and other melee unit since she will build many melee unit promotion to combat against players. Aiko also capable to defense against Peashy unit with Tomoyatalian unit since her ranged unit gain free 1 range attack.

Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: ASIC Civilization)
ASIC Overview:
ASIC, also known as Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime is antagonist faction in Hyperdimension Gamindustri during Mk2 or Re;Birth 2 act, with goal to revive Deity of Sin to destroy the Gamindustri (and later Touhou Galaxy).

ASIC is lead by Arfoire, she is religious and hate everyone friend with her enemy, as well as don't like Civilization who spread a religion to her city while she don't have a religion or have high amount of faith yield if she have a religion. Making hard to win a Religion Victory, if player like to make a bad relation with her, pick up one of Chiyukitalian Civilization especially Tomoya Dinogi.

ASIC Trait: Four Felons
Four Felons are the 4 person who have high faith and their ultimate goal to revive Deity of Sin and wait for Gamindustri's destruction.

ASIC is master to war against civilization following different religion which allow 15 strength to fight and convert enemy city's religion to player's religion. Melee unit of ASIC can capture defeated enemy unit and turn them into player's side to fight against their formal master.

ASIC Unique Unit: Warechu
ASIC's underdog force known as Warechu were grey mouse creature that send the pirate clip to reduce the shares and the faith of people from CPU and cause CPU become sickness without shares to survive (this don't work with Chiyukitalian CPUs).

Twice faster than Chiyukitalian Recon unit. Although the faster were not enough when compare to their strength as Warechu is completely weak against an attack and unlike Chiyukitalian Recon that these mouse don't have ability to ignore terrain cost and even can't enter to rival border without have to open border!

Leader: Arfoire

Arfoire Trait: Overlord Momus
Overlord Momus is Arfoire's creature that debut in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1. The creature however, they was reused from Deity of Sin from Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 (but not to Re;Birth 2).

Arfoire's Missionaries and Guru can attack other religion unit, make early rival religion smash into their knee. If player is at war with other civilization will gain free 2 Faith to every cities and gain full strength of faith when kill enemy unit.

Arfoire Agenda: Destroyer of the Gamindustri
Arfoire think that Gamindustri have to be destroyed just like were Console War and Goddess rule over the world as people want the freedom and right.

Arfoire will declare Holy War against civilization especially Chiyukitalian when lead by Tomoya Dinogi as she is superior on religion victory. Arfoire like those civilization following their religion and really dislike those civilization have convert a religion to their city not even she don't have a religion!

Tari

(Hyperdimension Neptunia: Tari Civilization)
Tari Overview:
Tari is former nation in Ultradimension that mentioned in Hyperdimension Gamindustri Victory and Re;Birth 3 act, Tari were tyrant nation that rule over 1,000 year before the Lowee and other nation (and before rise of Chiyukitalian Empire) and they were finally destruction by their own people.

Tari is lead by Rei Ryghts, she is tyrant, no mercy and hate all CPUs, as well as she will destroy these CPU nation with various copy unit from exist nation (except Chiyukitalian and Planeptune when lead by Plutia). If player face with ton of unique unit attacking your civilization, pick up one of Chiyukitalian Civilization especially Vertimiki Niwa.

Tari Trait: Seven Sages
Seven Sages is secret faction that plot the Gamindustri since G.C. 1989, lead by Rei Ryghts.

Tari can't build the Entertainment district which people have to live in worse in life. Gain 200 Production toward military unit on city that you found on non-home continent but it reduce 5 Amenities. Gain Pong Laser when found on capital and the unit can be found when capital is capture.

Tari Unique Unit: Pong Laser
Pong Laser was a weapon that build by resistance to fight against Rei, the weapon is extremely powerful and capable to destroy CPU nation. The Laser is also appear in Anime and it capable to cut though anything from Planeptune CPU Tower to an Shinano Carrier, however, it can't take down against Imperial Lastation Navy Flagship 18 km Pururut class Super Battleship/Carrier "ASS Kasami" thanks to their Hyperdimension Pulsar Barrier and Neptunium Armor, or even 30 km Great Mind Trick.

Pong Laser were extremely long range and powerful enough to shoot anywhere in 100 tile away, but can't move (for strange reason, AI can move these Pong Laser!) and can be found in capital only, Pong Laser will take position of Support Unit instead of Combat Unit which can stack an Archer and Pong Laser in the city in same time. Note that Pong Laser will 100% damage when shoot enemy unit that inside the border, otherwise can take only 5 damage. Also that Pong Laser can take down Chiyukitalian Bomobor-2, the most powerful Chiyukitalian unit just one or two hit!

Rei want to reset the Gamindustri from start and want to retake what she want from these CPU, also they want to take what Touhou Galaxy CPUs too, but it could made for million year to take from it because she would fail to first step when they want to slap Imperial Lastation Navy and Air Force.

All player city in home continent will always Loyalty (not even being bomb by Treaty of Hiiragi). All player's unit that not religion unit or Pong Laser gain 25 Strength when on non-home continents and also loss 5 loyalty per turn when found or capture a city in non-home continent. Also can train other Neptunia Unique Unit except Chiyukitalian and Plutia. Mainly in Chiyukitalian because of Copyrights!!

Rei Agenda: The World without CPUs
Rei was former CPU of Tari before being downfall by their own people, after that, she have start to blame her fault and mistake to her CPU and she have start to asking that people can live in better day without CPU.

Rei hate all CPU except Peashy since Peashy was made as CPU puppet by Rei and she will never give up item in a peace deal to those CPU player. Rei like leader that not a CPU.

Note that Hatsumi Sega, Tomoya Dinogi and Miki Hiiragi were not CPU still get denounce and hate by Rei so we given some reason here:
- Segami: She is Goddess but not always said that she is CPU unless in profile.
- Tomoya: She is CPU and Goddess (although Tomoya born as Human before become the Goddess) and also have a CPU Memory, but she lack HDD form and Final Form.
- Miki: Although Miki is CPU and the Goddess, she is unlikely have CPU Memory and she don't have HDD Form, but she have Final Form.

Neutral Alliance

(Stardoor: Neutral Alliance)

The "Point of Origin" or symbol of Earth was cliche symbol to Terran military race, Neutral Alliance.

Neutral Alliance is currently not yet have made, but I have plan to make into Civilization VI under version that alliance with Lucas's Alliance, so look over Civilization V version of Information before I have plan to make.

Neutral Alliance was infamous Stardoor military alliance that make for prevent the conflict by become the neutral but their secret plot against Lowee Empire and start the Lowee at War Emergency. The Neutral Alliance was based on Tarianpa Galaxy in their main capital planet known as Tau'ri which known to be worst place to live by Lowee Empire order. In Memory of Kagami, Neutral Alliance was found sometime before Great Universe War and convert into Lucas's Alliance and start the war with Interstellar Federation, Neutral Alliance was destroyed in the end of Great Universe War.

Neutral Traits: Neutral Terrorism
Neutral Alliance is given their plot against Lowee Empire and their Treaty by prepare weapon and strike other people's planet by using Stardoor pirate.

Neutral Alliance military unit are stronger when fight against same unit promotion such as Warrior vs Warriors which both are melee promotion unit, Neutral Warriors will gain 15 strength against these unit, but they don't gain bonus when fight against different promotion such as Neutral Warrior attacking Scout which are recon promotion will take only normal strength. Neutral Alliance is know horse storage which will support people later with 2 horse are free for make horse units and horse resource gain 4 food yield. Open border to all City-States but can't gain new envoy to influence them.

Neutral Unique Unit: Various (Primary is Guardian)
M4A1 Guardian is fourth generation main battle tank of Neutral Alliance Militia with unmanned turret and 150mm smoothbore cannon.

Neutral Alliance in Civ 6 would return of Death Glider, Neutral Trooper, Guardian and Sandman, the four major unique unit from Civ 5.

Neutral Unique Building: Stargate
Stargate was a dimension portal that connect between two world. In TGP, they were name as Stardoor which have a Stargate-like door much like Doraemon.

Replaced Monument that gain airdrop in all city that have these Stargate, but no initial culture unlike replacement, trade route in the city with stargate gain 1 science and cultrue.

Leader: Jonathan O'Neill

Jonathan "Jack" O'Neill, also known in first name as John or Jack was President of the infamous war crime known as Neutral Alliance and the main antagonist in "Blanec, the Greatest CPU without HDD Form", he is one of infamous leader that response for attacking Lowee Imperial Navy during assault on Star Conflict and they have revoked against Lowee Empire peace treaty known as "Treaty of Hiiragi" which cause many loser universe that fought in Great Universe War against Touhou Galaxy fully pay to Lowee Empire and force people to eating horse much like Jerry in Great War.

He also appear in Memory of Kagami. He found the Neutral Alliance prior before Great Universe War and being as one of most wanted by Federation Armed Self-Defense Force, he was KIA in Battle of Chiyuki.

O'Neill Traits: Neutramy
Neutral + Enemy.

While not at war, gain 200 production toward military unit. All spy in enemy land gain 1 sight.

O'Neill Agenda: Horsniibalism
Horsniibalism was term by Lowee Empire to people who eating too much horse remain.

He like all civilization that not have any horse resources and hate them when have one of these. He also not like Lowee Empire.

Carter Traits: National Brain
Carter is known to SGC as most valuable national brain as she have made several weapon for SGC and Tau'ri.

All friendly unit gain 15 strength near owner spy. Free 1 promotion when at war with major civs. All melee unit gain full strength while attacking city.

Carter Agenda: Operation: Heart of Neutral
Operation: Heart of Neutral was Lowee Empire operation during assault on Neutral Alliance capital, Tau'ri.

Carter like all civilization that never at war with them and dislike then at war with them (not even they have declare war on you).

Lucky Star

(Lucky Star Civilization)

Lucky Star Overview:
Lucky Star were the human faction that appear as part of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Touhou Galaxy Project. These Lucky Star were ultimate super civilization that capable to deal against Gamalatica (or even Neptunia) in different ways. The Lucky Star anime was Mastodonmk2's favorite anime beside as Cardcaptor Sakura.

Note that these Lucky Star leader in this mod are NOT Chiyukitalian!!

Lucky Star Trait: Oha Lucky!
Nothing but just 1 food per district, but I will replaced with better traits.

Lucky Star Unique Unit: Meito Fighter
Meito Anizawa was anime-only character that debut in Lucky Star, he was seller at Animate Ikebukuro Shop which recognize Konata Izumi as "Legendary Girl A". Anizawa was arrest in G.C. 2020 after he attempt to make Pornography image on Lady Kotori while take a bubble bath which violation to her copyrights image (since Kotori already allow her image into public and sell just only were signed by Kotori) and child pornography under 18 which Kotori in that time was 11 year old. After he was paid the copyright, there are rumor that he keep sell various bathtub scene image of Lady Tomoya and Segami or both of her were take a bath or onsen naked together. As well as Tomoya's mother, Lady Hatsumi Dinogi.

Meito Fighter were strongest infantry replacement in Lucky Star that he ready to smash Gamalatica that they did to him long ago. These Fighters were faster and powerful than Mechanized Infantry. First of all, they came early than replacement in Atomic Era. Second, they were extremely powerful than replacement, 100 to 90 strength. Third, they were faster than replacement, 6 to 3 movement point and they were stealth and can fight and retreat (invisible and can move after attack) as well as they were 100% no maintenance. Konata can train these unit early than anyone as they can be train at start of the game but appear to be weaker than real replacement and they can be train when only she at war with other civilization. These weaker will replaced by real version which allow exist weaker version upgrade into a real version with cheaper cost.

Lucky Star Unique District: Luckyhood
This Lucky Star district have similar to Neighborhood and gain free 1 amenity, enemy who plunder this district will get 50% less than normal Neighorhood.

Leader: Konata Izumi (28 year ago)

"I love scaring Tsukasa."
- Konata Izumi

Konata Izumi was main character and protagonist of the Lucky Star series, and is the Lucky Star crew's leader. She is the daughter of Sojiro Izumi and Kanata Izumi, and lives in her house in the Satte-Shi prefecture near Tokyo. Nicknamed "Kona-chan" by her friends, she is an eccentric but friendly and outgoing person.

Konata is super lazy and do nothing, and if she was in this game, best ways to deal with her by play as Chiyukitalian leader "Kasami Hiiragi" and destroy her!! Also that player must not trust Konata in this game and she is super deadly in early game and late game (if they were not denounce Kasami).

Konata Traits: Izumi Family
Konata player can't recruit any great person (include the mod like Rule with Faith or Supergalactica Neptunia) except the prophet, can't build the Spaceport, Aerodrome and Government Plaza district. (Also can't get any legacy card from the government since can't build a government district and build a building), as well as reduce 40% of science and culture which make Konata become as most backward civilization in the match. However, Konata were generally design for domination victory more than anything else since Konata will not have any maintain to military unit and when player have small army (usual less than 10 units) gain free 200 production toward military units, get science while attack and killing and culture while defend and killing.

Allow to train weaker Meito Fighter which they were similar ability to real Meito except weaker strength and normal movement which can be train when at war with other civilization especially Gamalatica in early game (except for Midori).

In Gathering Storm. Konata is only allow to declare Surprise War only. Also, Konata can't be part of aid request or any competitions.

Konata Agenda: Konakona
Konakona is alias name of Konata on MMO game, most likely World of Warcraft.

Konata will never gives up any item in a peace deal which very problem with those Gamalatica players like Kotori rarely to make peace with them unless their unit is kill in Konata's land. Konata always grant massive grievances toward other players and she will always surprise war on everyone not even she have small army and she can declare war on anyone not even Gamalatica players!! She also not make any promise which always rage by other leaders. Konata like those player who were lazy which she will recognize these weaker as "Truly gamer" such as have less wonder, less great person, less army and declaring surprise war. There are total 32 dislike those player were hard work such as high culture yield, high food yield, delegation to them, denounce them and of course, playing as Chiyukitalian!!

In Gathering Storm. There would be some surprise agenda for Konata such as love world congress vote on them or hate civs too much Gore's path to spin Gamalatica player's head.

Konata is one of most powerful Lucky Star leader that capable to deal against Gamalatica especially Tomoya.

Konata Player were faster to train military unit when lost and fight back. If player want to quick domination, player have to explore the map and located their city and quick declaration of war on the target which will open to train Weaker version of Meito if player didn't have get the real version yet. Remember that Konata player can't declare casus belli more than Surprise War so keep in mind that you might to kill other civilization before you have face other civilization

Note that Konata Player will never get any good relation with Gamalatica and Sega Hard Girls player as she is Otaku. Even you never do bad or conflict on their agenda like Sakura's Agenda were she like peaceful civilization and hate those warmonger were different government.

Against Her
Kotori Hatsumi (A.k.a. Kasami Hiiragi)'s Chiyukitalian have great ability to deal against Konata thanks to her rock band will allow to murder Konata's city if she build improvement or district which unlike most of other Rock Band by other civilization. If player being target of declaration of war by Konata, player have to research archery to trained ranged unit, also masonry to build the wall and military district for easily to repel Konata's force since Weaker Meito were easily destroyed by city ranged attack.

Leader: Kagami Hiiragi (28 year ago)

Kagami Hiiragi was one of main character of the Lucky Star series. She is the tsundere in the group and a stereotypical tsukkomi character. In Touhou Galaxy Project, she is big sister of Kasami Hiiragi which both were Tsundere and fight for right of the Touhou Galaxy from Star Conflict.

Kagami is very trust leader and will respect those leader were have study very hard. Kasami will never branded Kagami as Karma people (currently the code is still not exist).

Kagami Traits: Hiiragi Family (under Kagami)
Gain 1 Science per district in one city, that all, but we will change it soon.

Kagami Agenda: Tsukkomi
Kagami will never backstab and declare war on anyone unless player denounce them. Kagami is really hard work about to strong in science or production and like those were strong in these yield. She really not like those were weak both science and production.

As Her
Kagami Hiiragi is strongest leader in Lucky Star that capable to take down even Kasami Hiiragi of Chiyukitalian because Kasami is younger than Kagami and little sister will never win against big sister anyway. As Kagami, she is extremely deadly in advanced technology in science although the culture seem to be weaker.

If there are Tsukasa in this game, her capital will change into "Alt" to prevent from conflict naming a capital with Kagami.

Against Her
Kagami is weaker in religion victory unlike Tsukasa. But she is extremely growth faster for science victory and even faster as Chiyukitalian.

Leader: Tsukasa Hiiragi (28 year ago)

Tsukasa Hiiragi. A stereotypical klutz character, Tsukasa is the younger fraternal twin sister of Kagami and lives in a six-member family household with her parents, she is 4th member of Hiiragi family.

Tsukasa, in other word, love friend and she will never go out for war and everything, she will promise anything (just like Segami and Tomoya). She is always loyalty to all leader that friend with her and she also strong at religion victory.

Tsukasa Traits: Hiiragi Family (under Tsukasa)
Gain 1 Faith per district in one city, that all, but we will change it soon.

Tsukasa Agenda: Hi-chan
Tsukasa is nothing but want to befriend with everyone. Player may not have trouble with Tsukasa until she have a religion if you also have own religion which player have to defend from Tsukasa (especially Tomoya player if player have a religion) since she will be deadly at religion victory and player may have to spend on religion unit. Otherwise, you might go with the worse decision by denounce and then Holy War on her. The Best encounter ways to deal against Tsukasa have to play as Tomoya and settle all city near Tsukasa (or block them all) to drain away from their religion since Tomoya's Chiyukitalian will never get any pressure from other religion, as well as their religion unit can't enter to her border!! Tsukasa like all players and never declare war on anyone, she will like all leader except those were denounce or declare war on her.

As Her
She is weak but strongest religion Lucky Star civs, but don't take convert Kasami, Miki or Tomoya's city if they have a religion, she were capable to buy new religion unit faster than other since she have strong faith.

Against Her
Tomoya player can block all of Tsukasa religion unit that spam in your border so you will never have to worry about her massive religion against you. But for other Gamalatica players, make sure that you have a lot of armies of religion unit defending your land. Otherwise, she can spam in one of your city without your notice. Good thing that Tsukasa's religion is extremely weak in both religion combat strength and their religion strength if she engage in non-friendly border.

Bug
- Tsukasa often to declare a friendship with all leaders and all leader that they have denounce or at war with Kasami, Miki or Tomoya if have been expired shortly. Best way to deal with Tsukasa is have to joint war against them with Tsukasa, or maybe denounce her for good.

Miyuki Takara is one of the main characters in Lucky Star. She is the moe in the group and a stereotypical friendly "healing-type" meganekko or glasses girl character, and some say she's a saint. Unlike the other main characters, she is seen less often and talking less often.

Miyuki is super careless to make the risk to their people and she is most trouble to all Chiyukitalian player if she was in the game, first all, Miyuki's Agenda will quick destroy the trusting toward Chiyukitalian player quickly if player do something wrong about them, best ways to deal Miyuki should play as "Miki Hiiragi" and destroy her!! Chiyukitalian player shouldn't make friend with her.

Miyuki Traits: Takara Family
Miyuki's city will gain 1 gold per district in one city. Miyuki's military unit is extremely weak and shouldn't fight outside of owner border, if does, that unit reduce 30 strength when go outside, making Miyuki can't go and clear Barbarian camp or fight other civilization's religion unit, as well as Miyuki can't win the Domination victory.

Miyuki Agenda: Yuki-Chan
Miyuki like those peaceful civilization and hate those civilization with violence. This agenda alway problem with Chiyukitalian player since she don't like those have declare war (not even Emergency or those Defensive pact civs), capture a city, denounce them, troop near them, demand from them, convert a religion to them (if she have a religion), culture bomb to them and of course, when player attack her after she have declare war on player!! Chiyukitalian player shouldn't (or make after they have get attack) make alliance with player who will likely to be target of declaration of war, otherwise, Miyuki will brand player for being violence since player declaring war although player declare defensive war.

Although Miyuki don't like violence, Miyuki still can declare a surprise war!!

As Her
Miyuki is useless Lucky Star leader since Miyuki player's military unit will loss 20 strength when fight against enemy outside of border which make Miyuki useless to attack barbarian camp, religion domination or even retake your owner city after become a free city. But Miyuki is super overpowered when fighting against Chiyukitalian??

Against Her
Miki will useful to deal against Miyuki since she will gain free 20 relation to all players which make them hard to denounce Miki player. Miyuki is weak, not even more advanced than player, around 2 era behind, especially weak Chiyukitalian player since they will extra bonus with owner border, that mean, Ducken Explorer can murder Miyuki's Infantry just one hit especially Kasami without take less damage.

Nanako Kuroi is the homeroom teacher for Konata Izumi's class and her primary subject is world history. She is more like a friend than their teacher, as she has a lax personality. Consequently, she frequently borrows and exchanges video games with Konata, and is in Konata's guild in the same online game, where she plays as a scout. Still single, she is constantly online, even on Christmas and New Year's Day. When writing on the chalkboard, Nanako is able to become ambidextrous. She loves to watch baseball, and is a big fan of the Chiba Lotte Marines. Also, Nanako speaks in a fake Kansai accent. A running gag within the series is whenever Konata and Nanako are both online together, Nanako tells her to stop slacking off. She is also completely oblivious to Yui Narumi's marital status, often using Yui as a source of understanding regarding the life of being single.

Nanako, much like Shia Labeouf and Relic's Ronald Reagan, she will want to open border with all civilization and she will never want to open border on her nation, Kasami Hiiragi will useful to deal against this teacher if you have been denounce or at war with her, their border will automatic open.

Nanako Traits: Kuroi Family
Nanako's Archaeological Museum hold twice slot of Artifacts which easily to hold more, but it not auto theme. Their Archaeologists were ignore terrain cost and can enter to other civilization's border without have to open border to them. Open Border or make Alliance with other civilization gain 1 yield of science

Nanako Agenda: Nanakon
Nanakon is alias name of Nanako in MMORPG game, maybe same video game as Konata play.

Nanako want to open border with all civilization after player have research Early Empire civics and she will never declare surprise war to those have open border to her. Nanako like those civilization that open border to her or make alliance with her (since Alliance will automatic open border to them). Dislike civilization that never open border to them (or after 10 turn since last open border or alliance) and she will start more upset when player never open border to them for each 5 turn, max upset at 15.

As Her
Nanako's Archaeologists can enter to other civilization's border without open border or even Terracotta Army and their Archaeological Museum hold twice than regular, making possible to win the culture victory, but still get worse relation when dig from them without have being Alliance with them. Player can glow faster to everyone if open border or make alliance will increase science.

Against Her
If they didn't have civics that can train Archaeologists. Chiyukitalian is best way to deal against them as their Archaeologists can enter to other civs without open border, but Archaeological Museum still hold as regular civs. If player have these Nanako's Archaeologists invade attempt to invade your border, player might using Chiyukitalian anti-trader tactic, but make sure that player must not nuke direct on them since they can trigger a war.

If player don't bored to their aggressive then player have to open border to them.

Overview:
Sega Hard Girls nation was appear in Neptunia spin-off: Superdimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls. The nation have four different era lead by four major sega console. The nation was almost vanish after Grand Library's book start to disappear from left to right but (not) all timeline were fix.

Sega is lead by Hatsumi Sega, she was originally lead the Planeptune before new update have remove her to this civilization. Sega also lead by four leader start with Classical-era "Mega Drive", Medieval-era "Sega Saturn", Industrial-era "Game Gear" and Modern-era "Dreamcast". Much like Tomoya Dinogi, Hatsumi Sega is represent as entire Sega company.

There are issue with Dreamcast since her color was orange, but blue in Europe because they using PAL since Firaxis system in Civ6 is different than Civ5, Lady Tomoya concern that there are too much complex code to edit since ArtDefs system is very bad when using since they were not look like the SQL code or anything which we can't find out how to make different leader without get caught. I can't find a good away to make a different.

Like all Chiyukitalian leaders. All Sega leader also don't like anyone denounce or declare war on them. They also never like to declare Surprise War as well.

Sega Traits: Land of Great Timeline
Land of Great Timeline was common name for Sega nation that mentioned by Lady Tomoya Dinogi referred as Timeline of this world can be change.

Sega nation provide 2 modifier yield of Culture, Science and Gold and increase to each era start since Ancient Era to Information Era. Grant 1 era score from every eureka and inspiration thank to Grand Library's record which can be rival to Chiyukitalian's era score from district complete.

Sega Unique Unit: Nepbike
After timeline was change and Neptune have become a bike which this bike was used by IF and Segami to adventure and save the timeline from change.

The Nepbike were faster and ignore terrain cost, but also increase cost to product, and they were faster same as Chiyukitalian's Ducken Explorer (but these Ducken were weaker and use to deal against Barbarian only).

Unlike Planeptune version of Nepbike which before being remove, this version is replaced Spec Ops instead of Scout. The Nepbike is faster than replacement, as well as ignore zone of control and terrain cost thank to driver (which was IF). But have lesser range attack, high cost, as well as can't paradrop without airport unlike replacement.

Sega Unique Building: Grand Library
Grand Library was the library that contain many historical event and record from many era. Have a book disappear from the library will cause that event or record disappear as well. (FACT: If the event or record were disappear, the book will disappear as it never have been record to the story)

This Sega library allow Great Writer to storage their great work there just one slot. Grant all great person point (Include to all mod of Great Person, but it might cause problem with JFD's Rule with Faith's Great Theologian since they using same point as Great Prophet). Although the library is little high cost than replacement.

Lady Segami have greeting to Lady Tomoya as she want her to fix her timeline.

Segami or Segamin, official name known as Hatsumi Sega (Hat-Su-Mi Se-Ga) known to general populace as Lady Segami. She is one of co-protagonist of this series as fight alongside with IF. Segami is represent as whole Sega world. Segami is only Maker have to be a goddess since the Maker were represent as company. Although Segami is Goddess, some how she said that she is the God. In the Supergalatica Neptunia, she was reveal to be Tomoya's mother with her name known as Hatsumi Dinogi.

Segami's age seem to rival as Tomoya Dinogi since she look younger and have high than Uni around 151cm according to Tomoya's height. Also she is few leader beside as Chiyukitalian have 2D dynamic leaderscene.

Segami Trait: Sega Hard Girls
Sega Hard Girls is 4 Sega ruler are Mega Drive, Sega Saturn, Game Gear and Dreamcast as Segami can transform into these Sega ruler, but still keep her voice.

Segami lead Sega city start with 5 Amenity and lack of War weariness in all city. Have 1 Friend grant free +1 era score to each Historic Moment earned. Much like Miki Hiiragi which she only grant when have friend, seek out with Chiyukitalian that lead by Tomoya first and make sure that Segami player don't have religion to prevent any lossing loyalty.

If Segami have declare a friendship with Mega Drive, Sega Saturn, Game Gear and Dreamcast will grant some bonus of their ability. Declare a friendship with Tomoya will grant ability to build Mastodon MK 2. unit.

Segami Agenda: Sega Maker
Segami was only Goddess that have title as "Maker" which this title were often with Human.

Like Tomoya, she will promise everything and EVERYTHING not even you denounce her and she will use Casus Belli only, she like all civilization except those have denounce or declare war with her.

As Her
Segami is useful to increase their advanced technology and civics thank to era change for example, if player still not reach to Information Era while stuck at Industrial Era, this will help to boost their science, culture and also provide a gold.

Make sure to have a friend to increase era score when complete to make your civilization become the Golden age, but much like Miki that era score have to be 2 or higher, 1 era score can't increase.

Note, if player encounter Tsukasa or Miyuki, both will using dialog same as they used for Tomoya when say about Segami.

Against Her
Much like Tomoya, Segami is weak when attack against Lucky Star especially Konata, but she would make up a strong defense to repel any Konata invaders much like Tomoya as well as she love to spam a settler which she will build the large empire over the world.

Typhlomence's Unique Dialog

Normal Quote when Tomoya have denounce player.

Unique Quote when Lady Tomoya have denounce Konata player.

Unique Quote when Lady Tomoya have denounce Miyuki player.

Thank to Ryoga's Unique Cultural Influence and JFD who have make special dialog so Typhlomence have a special Unique Dialog in Civilization V based on it. So Civilization VI, Typhlomence may not yet have made a mod on Civilization VI so we won't see any Unique Dialog or Lua code system on it. I, Lady Tomoya Dinogi have made these special unique dialog for Civilization VI especially Neptunia civilization by using scrap code from Typhlomence's UniqueDiplomacyUtilsV3.lua that took from Civilization 5 version of Blanec's Lowee Empire. As well as Vice Virtuoso's Neptunia civs which I used this code and convert for Civilization VI to recreate this special dialog. Although I have face several issue before and upon on test such as basic Lua code in Civilization VI which different one from Civilization V and Dialog Database that might not work for custom leader instead of vanilla code. All bugs and issue were fix and currently we have release for Chiyukitalian and old version in Lucky Star. Also that these Unique Dialog were work well with Single player. But not work well with Hot seat or maybe Multiplayer. (Although they are work fine but there are one player can be the dialog in random leader)

If ChangeDiplomacyReference have both targetReference and newReference, they will allow to replaced unless if Locale.HasTextKey found that newReference is exist in Text Database, otherwise, the text will not allow to pass this and without it will cause much trouble in later and even crash to desktop because Dialog database can't find this text.

After complete all task, the Query will update the DiplomacyStatements by set StatementText from targetReference to newReference.

Done, you just change your mind from eating Pizza to Hamburger.

Create a DiplomacyStatements:
DiplomacyStatements can create by 2 method as similar to Typhlomence's function, but we need to stay in classic way since DiplomacyStatements is complex than previous one. So we gonna need to create owner version of DiplomacyStatements and replace Leader's table from "ANY" to "(Your Leader)" for example "LEADER_LKH_TOMOYADINOGI" as well as StatementText to your leader's dialog which look like this.

Note that I using SQL instead of XML in this code.

After we complete all code, the leaderType will need to ask lua code to find the player who were the human player in this game so player in this list are sTomoyaDinogi which she is Tomoya Dinogi and sKonataIzumi is Konata Izumi. Human player is sKonataIzumi so they will start ChangeDiplomacyReference to update Tomoya's Dialog by change "LOC_DIPLO_FIRST_MEET_LEADER_LKH_TOMOYADINOGI_ANY" to "LOC_DIPLO_FIRST_MEET_LEADER_LKH_TOMOYADINOGI_VS_KONATAIZUMI".

This will no longer be used in later turn as her diary was drew and she will start more anger and rage, but I can't allow to see here.

Aiko's Unique Agenda toward Ram is different than other as Aiko will denounce Ram for drew her book instead of capture her city.

Daigikai Resolutions

(Supergalactica Neptunia: Daigikai Resolutions)

Supergalactica Neptunia: Daigikai Resolutions is first extended mod for Supergalactica Neptunia: Core File that adding more resolutions and discussions to the civilization games. Unfortunately, all of resolutions of this mod are making for target the players, and this mod is require the core file of the mod which you can't play this mod in regular theme more than Supergalactica Neptunia.

The Daigikai or Grand Parliament is the heart of the Gamalatica government as serve as the ways how the empire rules. The Daigikai building is 10 time larger than US The Pentagon that enough for 2500 seat for HoR and 250 Senators for both central-left wing Interstellar Party and central-right wing Galactica Party and the extra party Democratica Party as part of Coalition government. The building is design for two-party system more than multi-party system. In the time of Against the Blanec Movement take over the Gamalatica capital, the building was turn into a military camp were Abomon's far-right wing National Civil Party (or Naci) win the election with just 501 seat and Gamalatica's Interstellar with 1242 seat and Galactica with 757 seat. But because of Abomon's unfair calculation and their multi-party system that took Gamalatica's seat for their Abomon parties over 1997 seat which left Gamalatica only 2 seat remain which non other than Mayu and Sakura.

Resolutions
There are 9 known Daigikai resolutions with 7 upcoming resolutions are:

1: Treaty of Niwa

"Prevent the War Race or Keep the Chaotic staying forever."

The Classic resolutions from Civilization V that forced all civilization making peace and can't declare war on other civilization. The Treaty of Niwa is the treaty that states to all nation work together in peace.

Effect (A):
Target player can't declare any type of war. This effect is work well against the aggressive civilization come with domination victory. As well as prevent your friend to do something bad to other civilizations and leaders. But make sure that you were target on the right one.

This effect is also blocking the AI to denouncing you as well.

Effect (B):
Target player's Grievances will not decay. Making chaotic still exist. Best target is none other than warmonger civilization with a lot of surprise war lover.

2: Treaty of Hiiragi

"Make Peace is Lie or Eat Horse for the Victory."

The Treaty of Hiiragi is well known for most fair peace treaty in the Gamalatica. Although this peace treaty is very unfair to the enemy and hostile nation toward Gamalatica that not just restriction to built a military warship, but also pay a ton of resources and stuff. As well as force the loser eating horse remain as food to survive since they never took the horse as pay always.

Effect (A):
Target player reduce 30% to all yield. This is very effective against the winning civilization and powerful civilization to bear.

Effect (B):
Target player gain 15% to all yield. This is the good reason why most of AI addictive with this choice.

3: Voice of the Gamalatica

"Be the Galactic Government or Galactic Opposition."

The Voice of the Gamalatica (known in code as Voice of the Chiyukitalian) is the one of Federation News Network television program that focus on the current situations of the Government of the Empire of Gamalatica.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 10 favors per turn, making as best choice to win a Diplomatic victory.

Effect (B):
Target player lost -5 favors per turn, this choice is making for counter against civilization who want to win the Diplomatic victory.

4: Self-Defense Force

"Protect the Motherland or War against the Unknown Regions."

The Self-Defense Force is the Interstellar Party policy that reduce the military of the Imperial Gamalatica Armed Force with just few protection while focus on navy and air force more than ground force. However, the ABM have exploit this policy by using raid tactic that using Tactical Force strike against local ground defense in stealth without have a navy or air force support.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 20 combat strength in friendly border (a.k.a. owner border) to protect against coming enemy units. This is work well to protect against civilization who focus on Domination Victory.

Effect (B):
Target player grant 10 combat strength in non-friendly border. This is making to rush and strike against civilization for Domination Victory, as well as best ways to prevent for losing a unit especially Gamalatica unit is weaker in non-friendly border.

5: Demilitarization

"Weakening the enemy or take the arms against them."

The Demilitarization is the Interstellar Party policy that aim the enemy and war race to disarmed their military equipment.

Effect (A):
Target player reduce 30 combat strength. This is best ways to deal against aggressive civilization with a lot of units to war against your civilization. This choice is also best tool for both emergency member players and the emergency target players to deal against them.

Effect (B):
Target player grant 50 production toward military unit. This is good ways to spam the military unit against the enemy. But make sure that your civilization have ready for win the Domination Victory and lot of gold to train or build these unit.

6: Neutral Alliance

"There are no word of Friend or word of enemy and non-aligned."

The Neutral Alliance is the infamous Stardoor military alliance that prepare for war against the Lowee Empire. The name is claim to be non-aligned alliance against both Lowee Empire and the Star Conflict from those member whose affected by Treaty of Hiiragi, but they actually strike against the empire by claim that they (NA) can attacking them (LE) as they (LE) can't attacking them (NA). They have no other reason for going war against the Lowee Empire more than revenge for rip them off by their Treaty of Hiiragi.

Effect (A):
Target player can't declare a friendship and any type of alliance with other civilization. This is good target against civilization with a lot of good relation with other player but not you. This is like backstab them, however. This is not affect to other civilization since this is just forced on target player only.

Effect (B):
Target player can't denounce or grant influence for earned Envoys toward city-states. This is good tool for civilization whose like to declare surprise war on them as well as block the target for steal your city-states.

7: Kotori's Music Budget

"Sing the song or Ban the song."

Lady Kotori starting the campaign for raise a budget for her music to support her school from closing down in previous life. Effect (B):
Target player grant 50% production toward settlers and settlers grant 4 movement point. This is good ways to rapid expansion new empire, but this might come with losing loyalty if you settle near them.

9: Free Hyperlane

"Hyperspace for everyone or yourself."

The Free Hyperlane is the ways to free everyone's travel in space nation that not likely to open to you.

Effect (A):
Target player forced open border to all player. This is good ways to enter their land without get problem with someone not like to open border to you.

Effect (B):
Target player can't trade open border toward other player. This is good ways to deal the player who want to trade you with open border. Making one of best choice for civilization who are not friend of yours or just want to surprise war.

The Galactic Information is resolution that you want to focus on technology or civics while sacrifice the other. Make sure that you have good decided. Otherwise, Rinne Sonogami want to know your location.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 50% of science but reduce 25% culture. This is good choice for upgrade a military unit and defense.

Effect (B):
Target player grant 50% of culture but reduce 25% science. This is good choice for upgrade a government and policy card.

10: Free Nuclear Zone

"No more nuke or Be Atomic Bapu."

The Free Nuclear Zone is resolution that restrict you from build more nuclear warhead and destroy all of WMD you have. Otherwise, Gandhi want to nuked your location.

Effect (A):
Target player reduce 75% production toward nuclear weapon and lose all WMD. This is nothing special, but it's same ways like Arms Control did.

Effect (B):
Target player grant 75% production toward nuclear weapon and free 1 of all WMD types. This is good ways to quick nuke on other civilization since you will get free WMD without get CO2.

"Join the Light side or Fall to the Dark side."

The Chosen One is resolution make you to get rid of all religion that spam in your border and no chance against them.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 50 combat strength toward religion units. But you can't train more religion unit. This is good ways to deal against all religion unit that spam in your border, as well as best ways to destroy all religion unit that want to protect them from your religion unit. But it have setback with you can't train a religion unit.

Effect (B):
Target player reduce 50% purchase of religion units. But it reduce combat strength toward religion unit. This meant you have to keep a full army of religion to keep spam and convert to your religion before your time is ran out.

"Build the Wonder or hand it to others."

The Wonder of the Galaxy is Gamalatica program for list the best wonder of the Gamalatica.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 50% production toward wonder. If you are wonder lovers, this is best resolution that you need to take, otherwise. More wonder you are, more production you take.

Effect (B):
Target player reduce 25% production toward wonder. This is best ways to target on your rival in wonder like those China and Gamalatica whose are Wonder spam.

"Escape the Supernova or War crime like Earth Alliance."

The Dligar Reputation (also known as Dligar Genocide) is the Earth Alliance war crime against the species that take the campaign against the Dligar invasion toward League of Non-Aligned Worlds members. After the war was end, the Dligar was lock up in their home system that soon wend supernova, wiped out almost their entire species with few survivor.

Effect (A):
Target player grant 50% production toward space race. This is nothing special more than toward Science victory.

Effect (B):
Target player reduce 25% production toward space race. This is best ways counter against player who win the Science victory.

This resolution is serve as 'loan' for your civilization and always appear under two resolution if your civilization is wage of maintenance cost. This is good ways to get a gold or destroy your enemy's gold.

The target player grant 200 production toward military unit, but -10 loyalty.

The target player grant 10 loyalty, but -200 production toward military unit.

The Abomon War Game is the infamous ABM war game that start with who is the best in sniper and the military you were focus with as they were using Arma-like tactic. Gamalatica were reject this ABM policy but somehow they able to pass it since Abomon have 2498 vote against Gamalatica only with 2 vote.

(Overall)
The Abomon War Game is much like Global Wargames from City-State Diplomacy in Civ 5 which about the military. But unlike them, this is targeting on the exist unit and it not provided any infantry unlike that project. This competition is best for the civilization who want to war with other civilization and keep unit stronger, or just want to show that you were the best in the game.

Gamalaticon Bank Investment is unlike the most of competition for Civilization VI. This competition is design for throw your gold into this investment. A worthy sum of gold will return to the player who invest the most. Also, this is investment competition. Not a diplomatic competition. So there will no diplomatic victory point reward more than money.

Try to risky by invest your 250 gold for the score on the Stock Exchange of Gamalatica (SEG) and be on the list. Otherwise, this is nothing but waste your gold.
