TL;DR, drone control is drone command building in tile improvement form, cloning vats gives more supply, and hive mind gives non-stacking bonuses to the surrounding tiles.

Drone Control, Purity Supremacy: The tile it is on loses it's yields, but it gives the closest city the ability to work one more tile than it has citizens. Costs 1 titanium, and 1 gold maintenance. With 10/10 affinities, it also gives the city 5% bonus military production.

Cloning Vats, Harmony Purity: +2 food, +1 science, +1 supply. -1 petroleum, and -1 energy maintenance. With 10/10 affinities, it gives +2 supply.

Hive Mind, Supremacy Harmony: The hive must be built on miasma, and gives non-stacking bonuses to any surrounding tile improvements that are also on miasma. The hive itself yields 1 culture and science, and costs -1 health, -1 energy maintenance, and -2 geothermal.
With 10/10 affinities, it removes the health maintenance, and generates miasma surrounding the hive periodically, similar to a miasmic condenser.
