Hello Civfanatics! With the release of the new DLC and given the stressful times we are in, I thought it might be nice to do a giveaway.
I am giving away 2 copies of the Maya & Gran Colombia Pack on Steam.
Here are the giveaway details:

When does it start?
Now!
When does it end?
1:00PM EDT on 28 May 2020 (so the giveaway will run for a little over 48 hours). Comments posted after 1:00PM EDT on 28 May 2020 will not be counted in the giveaway!
How will the winners be chosen?
All the entered Civfanatics usernames will be put into a list, from which 2 unique winners will be chosen using https://namepicker.net/.
What platform will the DLC be on?
Steam only. I am using some of my existing Steam wallet funds for this giveaway, so the platform is locked to Steam.
How will the winners get their prizes?
Once the winners have been selected, I will announce the winners in this thread and then send you a private message on Civfanatics with instructions to friend me on Steam. You will need to respond on Civfanatics with your Steam profile name as I do not accept random friend requests, and need to confirm that the profile is in fact yours.
THIS IS IMPORTANT. If you do not friend me on Steam within 48 hours of being informed you are the winner, you will forfeit the prize and I will choose a backup winner!
What if I'm in a different Steam region?
Steam has placed some restrictions on gifting games between regions, which seems to be primarily based on the price difference. Here is the process I will follow:
1. I will try to gift you the DLC directly.
2. If and only if that does not work and you do not already own the DLC, I will purchase a digital $10 Steam Gift Card (USD) and send it to you, as the Steam Gift Card is not region-locked and will automatically be converted to your currency. I cannot use my wallet funds for this, but didn't think it would be nice or fair to exclude people due to currency shenanigans.
Note: I am still limiting the platform to Steam if I have to purchase a gift card.
IF I HAVE TO SEND YOU A STEAM GIFT CARD: you must be on my friends list for at least 3 days before I can send you a gift card through Steam, so there will be an unavoidable delay if I cannot gift you the DLC directly. You will still get the giveaway prize, but it will be 3 days after I accept your friend request.
