I am going to miss the whip, but love moving stacks

Once 1.17 is installed, I'm really going to miss the population rushing. It's just going to cause to capture even less enemy cities than before, once you're in the 1 shield/turn production from too much corruption, pop rushing was very helpful.

Though, moving stacks of units is going to be very cool.

Jeffrey Morris said that it has not been removed, just fixed. Before, the unhappy citizens created by the pop-rush were the same ones who were consumed by it. It will probably just remove the slave-camp strategy to produce large armies. You should still be able to do it occasionally.

I never used it because I thought the penalties were too great. Wish I knew then what I know now.
