Hey everyone!
I want to share something I've been working on that's completely different from Civ or gaming.
It's called PictureBooks.io and is a tool for creating personalized children's storybooks.
What it does:
If any of you have young kids or grandkids, give it a shot and let me know what you think!
(And if you find it useful, subscribe and be my first customers!)
picturebooks.io

PS: Also, since I know this community is great at finding exploits and bugs - if you break the UI or find something weird, please let me know! I'm still polishing the code.

What it does:
- Generate fully illustrated children's stories in minutes using AI
- Has a large collection of free books in the Community Library
- Can regenerate image for any page easily
- Can edit story title and text after story generation
- Premium AI voice narration to read stories aloud
- Story translation
- Export stories as short-form videos (ex. YouTube Shorts/TikTok-style reels)
- Download as PDF
- Print stories
- Prompt Review & Edit before actual image generation
- Prompt Inspector to review prompts used to generate every page
Why I built it:
I have a 2 year old boy and have been using AI a lot to create new books to read together. This tool gives complete control on every part of the book creation process. It's free to try:
