I was counting down from 1 turn to 0, my first wonder...
There was a notification saying that someone completed the Oracle wonder, not the Stonehenge

Might be a case of stacked notifications. Multiple notififications of the same type, e.g. wonders built, will show up with the same icon and a small numerical pip showing how many. If you don't read them, the next time someone builds a wonder it'll show up again but still show you first the oldest unread one, like the Oracle.

No. There is nothing worse than getting a wonder sniped at the last turn and not seeing the notification, then 20 turns later spend ages looking for the wonder because you remember building it.

Well, in this case at least, after "building" Stonehenge and not getting a Great Prophet... that should have been the first clue.
