I Can't build a United Nations!?!?!?!

- Got fission and built the Manhattan Project (don't know whether it's a pre-req for the U.N) just before the war ended

- Have Embassies with everyone

- Everyone but the Greeks are Polite with me

- Everyone else has Fission

- I'm Democratic

Are you still in Wartime production mode? You need to officially declare peace with everyone to get out of it...it sounds like you aren't, but it is worth checking...and if you have already built the Manhatten Project, the odds are a computer probably built it already.

That brings me to a question I've had, and you can check too once I get an answer--is there a way to see what wonders have been built and what wonders still remain?

that wonder has nothing to do if ur in war or peace... check if u in the begenning checked the box where it says DIPLOMATIC VICTORY, if u have checked diplomatic victory in the begenning then ur able to make the united nations.. if u didnt then u cant do it... same with SPACERACE VICTORY, if u didnt checked spacerace victory then u wont be able to make the ship...

"Diplomatic Victory" _was_ unchecked. I still wanted the U.N. for culture points though! I'm surprised they take the wonder out of the mix like that when you disable diplomatinc victories. Oh, well.
