I can't load C-IV GOTM 39

I'm new member. I'd like to play C-IV GOTM 39, I've downloaded mod and save, but when I try to load that there is a message:
"the save file you have selected is protected to ensure that the assets in your mod folder bave not beeen changed".
Halp me, please
