I don't know if anyone okay with this but here's the result.

While the current leader art for George III is far from perfect, I find that representation much better than this one.
It's Ekmek's leaderhead, based on this picture:
Surely the graphics of his clothes is of rather bad quality, but the concept itself is one of the better ones made by the Civ community, and the representation is also good enough with the tools/graphics at hand.
AFAIK the LH you posted is based on one of the Colonization leaderheads, which represents the european kings from the not too flattering perspective of the colonial states.
