I declared war on comp, even though I didn't

Not sure if this is a bug or what is going on. I am minding my own business, when after I end my turn it says I declare war on the comp. I do not have any vassals that could have done it, and I am not sure what triggered the war. Any ideas? I have attached the save file. Thanks

In the event log, one turn after the save, it reads: "1982 AD: A Dutch infiltrator has been discovered in the Native American government." This is a random event where, if I remember correctly, one of the choices is "Treat this as an act of war."

Not a bug, just an AI getting a random event which permits them to make you declare war on them.

Edit: hahah I just hit shift-enter for a few turns, and 2 turns later you get the event yourself...from the Germans! And your only choice is to take it as an act of war:

Not a big fan of events. Also beware the one where attempting to trade with the AI results in a DoW, since while that isn't an event it can be problematic too. Shift-D or mashing alt a few times before attempting the trade correct it.
