i'm a n00b here, so i wanted to know if someone can tell me or point me to somewhere that can tell me how to edit some of the rules for civ3. democracy is uselss now cause of the ridicoulous corruption rate (down to 1 shield per turn from 10). and the damn strategic resources have caused me too run around with spearmen and warriors until the end of the middle ages. can someone tell me how to edit these rules? thanks in advance.
