I'm no programmer, other than a few super casual summer camps. But recently, for a NESing game I play I have become very interested on creating an image map potrayed on the map of the world. Apparently this is very hard to do and labor intensive manually though! So I try to download this KIimage map editor, but it's ancient and isn't really working.
