I need help overcoming this barrier! I can't make mods!

Ok, I decided to make a mod on the barbarians, but, when I opened up the SDK, then clicked modBuddy...I got this exact message!

"The Visual Studio 2010 Isolated Shell Redistributable is required to run this application."

"Would you like to download and install it now?"

it said I needed to download Visual Studio, but when I clicked yes to download VS, I eventually got to this page!

I have only one question...where do I go from here? What do I download?
