I need some Help.

I am at war with some countries and every once in a while it says something like that I don't have enough money to support some kind of a military unit. I need to know how to get more gold. Please help.

raise taxes, build roads, trade with other civs, put workers on tiles that produce more commerce.

raise taxes, and build roads/railroads on all worked tiles. Try to build wonders like Smith's Trading Co. If all fails, use a commercial civilization.

Don't forget to TRADE TRADE TRADE away your techs and extra resources for cash per turn
