Hi everyone. I'm goin to restart playin civ3 cause I know there will be an expansion out this fall. I need some tricks cause I want to become an expert! I don't know how you guys can beat the comp at higher level than the 4th! You know he's so overpowered at the higher level too! Give me help I want some tricks to beat that comp!!
