I want to re-name Greece.

As the title states, I would like to re-name the Greece civ. No, not that Greece, the other one.
You see the problem?

Jokes aside, I would like to change Greece when ruled by Gorgo to Sparta, and leave Greece when ruled by Pericles as it is. This is simply to avoid confusion when you get messages popping up saying things like "Greece has declared war on Kandy", "Greece has built a lighthouse" etc.

Anyone know how I'd go about doing this?

Why not duplicate civs and make a sparta civ. Removing gorgo from greece and removing pericles from sparta.
