So instead of the people who may serve well, I want to see hilarious and laughable results for both this midterm and the presidential election such as:

Several Tea party reps and maybe senators winning seats(I have high hopes for Rand Paul)

More republican wins so everything is completely gridlocked.

I also want to see Glenn Beck getting a start in serious politics and winning an election for something in the future.

It would also amuse me to see a presidential race where your only two candidates are Rod Blagojevich and Sarah Palin.

I would want them to choose good Cabinet choices so they can't completely screw up things.

Do these desires make me an evil man?

The political system has nothing left to offer the American people other than entertainment value. You have nothing to feel guilty about.

I've been thinking this as well.

It wouldn't be a better world, but it would be a much, much more interesting and adventurous world!

I'm sure Europe can contribute by electing lots of right-wingish, populist, corrupt xenophobics. Then we only need some more radical democratic Islamic governments, an unstable Pakistan, a more warlike government in India, China, South Korea and Japan, and an independence-oriented Taiwanese government, and we should be set for the rest of eternity. :)

Not really. I voted for Obama knowing he would fail. I was hoping by voting all democrat last election people would see the welfare state is foolish and bankrupting our nation. As you can see, I was right. :p

Okay to be honest I had another reason to vote democrat. To punish the republicans for the Iraq war. Repugs need to learn you can't just go around starting immoral and very expensive wars. I also wanted to punish republicans for their excessive spending. They are supposedly for smaller government, yet they start expensive wars, put more money into the department of education (which needs to be abolished). Sigh.

So this election I'm not sure what I'll vote for. Sharon Angle is just plain stupid. But I can't vote for Harry Reid. I may abstain from voting.
