ICBMs?

With the 1.61 patch and the 1.74 patch, it mentions that 1.74 has fixed the ICBM prob where the AI didn't use ICBMs. Problem being is that I've been reading the forums and have found that people have issues with 1.74. Si I wanted to stick with the 1.61 but it doesn't mention that the ICBM prob was fixed under 1.61 only 1.74, is this true?

Well, if it says they fixed it in a later patch, then I would assume it is broken in the earlier patch I wouldn't know myself, but judging by what you're saying 1.74 fixed it, not 1.61.

Why is the question still in limbo? Lol,the notes say it's fixed in 1.74 but not 1.61. That means yes, it is true that it only got fixed in 1.74.
