And has anyone noticed the lack of Industry and Economic centers? Most of the nations are poor? Electric vehicles are more active now and there was a global economical fall when the USA, UN and NATO fell. There is less than 10 eco centers active right now and no industrial centers and the economies are really poor right now.

Tech level is more electronic than it was. Oil is now scarce so people have adapted to electronically powered machines. Nukes were terminated by the Canadians and their CSIS and JTF2. Sabotage missions were made against the rogue states while some larger ones co-operated. They threatened retaliations against all nations planning to build nukes. So no nukes and more electricity. Is that what you want.
