In Celtica, the Celts have begun contruction of Project Purity. The Celtic King proclaims that this is the project that will bring the Celts eternal glory and a position on the Moon. However, the project has been quickly terminated by the Celts themselves after a recent invasion. The Celtic Broadcasting Agency claims that they are the 'Master Race' and that the invaders will be defeated. (see military events)
In Canada, the government has produced many state controlled farming, manufacturing and commercial agencies (+1 Economy). Also, research on new environmentally friendly power sources has lead to the invention of Ethanol Powered machinery. New Ethanol powered cars are being produced rapidly and many predict that this could lead to more increasement of the Canadian economy. This has also lead to advancement in Industry (+1/5 Progress for Industry).
The ha-nasi is on the rise in Israel. The British Isles were aflare by the Germans who advanced into Celtic territory. The first assault force drove rapidly towards Edinburgh. They covered much territory but were suddenly slowed, then stopped at Manchester. However they managed to squash all Celtic resistance in Wales and were on the outskirts of Liverpool. Most of the Celtic Air Force units sent towards them were terminated with minimal losses. The second assault force landed in Scotland after a brief incounter with Celtic Naval Squadrons which were also terminated. They had orders not to land on he cliffs and thus had to land further south while at the same time, occupy the north. The assault group was forced to split into two but still manage to capture much of northern Scotland while ending after capturing Glasgow. This force also managed to destroy Project Purity with a strong air attack. (-Project Purity, -1 Celtic Confidence) The third force was bound to Ireland and the Germans now began to experiance difficulties. A quick but devastating Naval battle managed to deal a blow to the landing force while at the same time destroyed most of the remnants of the Celtic ships. The force manage to capture Dublin after a ferocious air battle that completely shattered the Celtic Air Force. However, the populace of the remaining Celtic lands have begun to take up arms to help support the Celtic regulars. The economy is on the brink of collaspe, saved only by the defense of Edinburgh but the safe keeping of this city is very slim. (-8 Celtic Divisions, -6 Celtic Naval Squadrons, -5 Celtic Air Squadrons, +10 Celtic Irregular Divisions, -4 German Divisions, -2 German Naval Squadrons, -1 German Air Squadron, 1 Celtic Industry to Germany)

In Latin America, the Incans began another offensive to destroy the Argentines and her allies. The Sun God's first target is Bolivia. The Incan Army sent human waves through Bolivia, cutting the capitol city from the rest of the country. The Incans began to tighten her grip and soon the capitol of barely being held. The Incans were rejected twice and they began to seige the city rather than take it, however shuld they have pressed on the Bolivians would have surely collasped. But the Bolivians struck out and they managed to keep some distance between the capitol and the Incans. Next the Incans set off for Chile. They managed to capture some ground but were forced to a halt by combined Chilean-Argentinian troops. They were also greatly hindered by the Air Forces of her enemies for which she only has RPGs to combat the Air squadrons. Now the war started to swing the other way. The Bolivian Generals in the territory held away from the capitol pledged their loyalty to Paraguay (-1 Bolivian Confidence, 1 Economy from Bolivia to Paraguay, 8 Divisions from Bolivia to Paraguay). Next the Argentinians struck out in an effort to cut of Incan supply lines to their front in Chile. They were halted after many losses just outside an Incan port but they did manage to damage the Incan supply lines somewhat. Paraguay, utilising both her Paraguan and Bolivian soldiers, advanced towards the Bolivian capitol with the aid of some local irregulars (+3 Irregular Divisions). Sadly they were stopped just outside the beseiged Bolivian capitol which now, surely, faces her doom. The tiny nation of Israel. The Jewish island in an Islamic Sea. Once she controlled the Middle-East. Then she entered a period of stagnation and occupation by foreign powers. Suddenly in 1948 another powerful state emerged that would defeat the divided Arabs around her in war after war. And such was the same here.
In the early months of 2056, the Umma was disrupted by terrorist acts in Kazakhstan. They could find no reason. Sabotage acts were carried out, murders and a violent uprising in the Kaxakh former capitol. The perpetrators were cought and confessed to being Italic spies working for Rome however the Italic Federation had no idea why these spies were saying such things. They were executed by the Muslims.
In the Black Sea, an Islamic oil tanker bound for the Crimea exploded causing damage to the other ships in the convoy as well as sinking the vessel and causing much pollution in Islamic waters. The Islamic Caliph was unsure of what action was to be taken. In Istanbul, a large group of 'Freedom Fighters' ransacked the city and proclaimed the Republic of Turkey. In thefirefight, all of the rebels were killed and order restored. But that was not all. Guerrilla warfare erupted in Islamic Central Africa with the rebels dispersing themselves into the jungle. This caused massive state tremors. First Kazakhstan and now Central Africa?
In Israel, the ha-nasi Aleksandr Levitsky began to take authoritive tones. ha-nasi proclaimed himself the future of Israel and the papers and televisions balred the message to the masses. The Knesset's powers were lowered and ha-nasi began to spread more and more propaganda to his people. The Jewish Republic of Israel was renamed to the State of Israel and the Knesset finally had it. They branded Levitsky a heretic who in turn branded them as traitors to Israel. The Mossad and Israeli Army quickly arested the Knesset members not in support of Levitsky and had thm jailed without bail or trial. They were replaced by more 'trusting' representitives. The average Israeli began to doubt Levitsky. Why would he need the Mossad and the Army to secure him power if he truly was the future of Israel?
Soon they were answered. In the night of April 13th, 2056 Israeli bombers bombed the Hell out of Islamic air bases. Within a few hours, 90% of the Islamic Air Force was exterminated. At 5:00 AM Israeli Time, a force of 4 Infantry Divisions and 2 Tank Divisions blitzed into Egypt, capturing all of the Sinai. Israeli Resevists were stationed in the area and were engaged with hostile populations that often asault them. The advanced stopped at the Nile mainly because of the need of more soldiers and supply lines (most supply lines were damaged by the retreating Muslims).
At 9:00 AM, two days later, 3 Divisions and 1 Tank Division moved into Lebanon and Jordan. In Lebanon, the Israelis were aided by various militias. This was essential because only 1 Division was sent to Lebanon. They managed to occupy half of the country before they got bogged down. In Jordan, they were more successful. They crossed the River and managed to conquer most of the country. Two weeks later, 4 Divisions and 1 Tank Division hit Syria The results were spectacular :Israel had more than oubled her size in less than a month. The campaign continued and by the end of the year, the Israelis had crossed into former Iraq and Saudi Arabia AND Turkey. In Central Africa, the Israeli supported rebels increased their gains. Now, the Muslims have one chance to recover. But will they use it?

Article 2 Kingdom of Celtica is to be dissolved and replaced by the Republic of Ireland. The style of government will based off that of the German Federation.
Article 3 Republic of Ireland is to limit it its army, navy and airforce as determined below.
