Icons are offset

EDIT: nvm fixed it myself
EDIT2: Now all the icons have black boxes around them...
EDIT3: All is working now
The icons for my new civ are looking rather wierd.

As you can see the icons look wierd and are offset. My icons seem to be perfectly placed in the dds files (I have uploaded them below).
Anyone know how to fix this??

Your alpha is blank and isn't making anything transparent.

EDIT: Make sure you're saving it as a DDS type with an alpha channel; it should be labeled as "ARGB" not just "RGB" (A is for alpha). Typically, you want to use the DXT5 format.

If you did, then download another atlas template to place your image into and make sure it has the correct alpha channel.
