Icons/District graphics not showing up.

I have updated the ReDistricting mod by Ananase so it works with the new update and Rise and Fall expansion. The culinary quarter doesn't appear after it is built, its just an empty plot until you try to build something there as it is already taken. The icons for Bread, Sausage and Anchovies also only shows up in the deal screen between civilizations but only shows up as [Icon_Resource_Bread} etc anywhere else. I'm wondering why this is happening as i don't see any problems in Log files related to this and how to fix it. These have been problems ever since i first downloaded this mod. Thanks
