So let's say there was just a big revolution. It's a little late, 2010, but now there are three Super States. Oceania, Eurasia, and Eastasia. Everything is just like in the book. But you get to choose. Which Super State, or unclaimed territory word YOU live in?

Impossible to tell. No domestic information was given on Eastasia or Eurasia, except one can assume that they are equaly abominable.
Additionaly, it may be possible that Eastasia and Eurasia don't even exist, but are rather creations of Oceania designed to give the people an object which they can focus their hate.

If I had to chose, then Oceania. I have no assurance the other places aren't as bad and at least there I get the awsome axioms.

Think about it in a real possible example of North Korea; some people there have no understanding of what exists in the outside world except for what is told to them and some of them may very well believe that the rest of the world is technologically backward, repressive, and on the brink of dropping H-bombs on their villages for no reason.

Nope, we don't know anything about the world outside of Britain. It could be perfectly fine and horrified by the totalitarian mess that is Britain, or it could all be ruled by the same people at the top; who created an artificial war between three segments of the globe.

The ideologies of the three superpowers are in fact very similar to each other; in Eurasia it's Neo-Bolshevism. At least according to Emmanuel Goldstein, anyway, who may or may not exist.
