If Hillary won the presidency, what would Bill's title be?

What will her boyfriend's title be?
No, no, you got it wrong. Bill is the adulterer. Hillary is the ruthless powermonger.

The Ruthless Powermonger treats his country and his people as personal possessions. He is completely unscrupulous and he will let nothing stand between him and his goals. Sometimes he can develop a streak of paranoia which will endanger friend and foe alike.

The analog to "First Lady" is "First Gentleman." "Secretary General" sounds good, though.

Well, it is Ladies and Gentlemen after all, right? Husband wouldn't make sense, as it is not "First Wife" so far... And thus it should be "First Gentleman", I'd say. The question is however wether him being an Ex-President is more valuable than him being "First Gentleman", so people would still call him whatever Ex-Presidents are called?

well it's lords and ladies too, so i go for "mr. first lord"!

What does lords and ladies mean? Yes, it is title of a noble. Like Sir, Duke, Duchess, Earl, etc. ...

I highly doubt, the Americans use it in that way. However it as well means the wife of a member of higher society, a gentleman. Ladies and Gentlemen is the context it was meant to be, any Americans or native Englishspeakers agree?

His title would be Mr. President.

The first lady title goes to who ever is the white house's official hostess. This title has been held by non-wife females. So even if Hilldawg is POTUS there will still be a first lady.

Ex Presidents are called "Mr. President." Once a president, always a president, you just are not THE president.

i'm right, of course :D ;)
and it would make no actual sense to call bill first lord, of course...

First husband sounds the less awkward.

To say nothing of slightly more accurate - Bill Clinton is many things, but "gentleman" isn't one of them.

Assuming he passes Senator Obama's dance test:

First Brotha'

I suppose that depends what your definition of "gentleman" is...

They do have clubs for gentlemen, you know...

He would be the First Lady, regardless of whether he is a man or a woman. The spouse of the president is the First Lady.

I'd go with First Phallus.

 It's not some official title. We could call him First Humidor if we so chose.
