This would essentially bring the state of humanity back to <10000BC, with no risk of disease or infection. However, there would be no possibility of significant technological advancement since institutions (such as governments or universities) could not be formed.

And yes, I would much rather have been born in a time where I had no sense of knowledge, than in a time where I knew the destructive power of knowledge.
