If you had your own piece of land, factory, store - what would you do, build, sell?

This would be immensely helpful. I am in dire need of a long shallow grave, as my two freezers and car truck are full and beginning to smell bad. I would then build a whorehouse on top of it.

I would definitely do a whorehouse, shallow grave or not. For a second I thought about building a spam factory to feed the third world villages, but it might be cheaper to give them all internet access so they can log onto OT and get it for free.

I'd build a weapons factory producing cheap weapons for the public, everyone yound and old should own a gun, then i would build a nuclear fallout shelter just for the fun of it (with cable internet of course)

I own like 7 000 square kilometers ( dont' know how much that is by american measures ) of forest. There are also some houses there... I don't do much about it... Maybe I should. But then again, I'm kinda lazy.
