Most of my games, I play for the CFC HoF. I always choose "few more turns" and save, because it's the turn-after-win you need to submit.

I am the same as Bartleby, I choose "a few more turns" for Hof and Gotm submissions. If it is a game for fun then I quit as soon as I win.

No, I don't continue. Once in a great while I will, but never more than a couple of turns.

No, I don't continue either. It doesn't enter any further score. And I like to start with new games right away because most of my games last 100+ hours so it can get a bit boring in the one game :).

Yes of course - to save the turn after victory for submission to HoF or GoTM

No, there's little reason for me to play anymore once it's over.

Better to start a new game right away!

    Alright, another misphrased sentence.

    How about;

No, there's little reason for me to continue playing any particular civ-game once it's won. I prefer to start a new adventure.

I don't play unless I am at war with another civ so then I will play on and destroy them

Sometimes. Most of the time I don't play after someone has achieved victory, but there are exceptions.

My record latest game year is 3210 AD. I don't remember why I played that one so long.

Unless I won by Conquest I keep playing until Im the only one left, or until it gets so crowded it is unplayable.

well, it depends. if i won by military conquest, that would be meaningless; if i won by diplomacy or spaceflight ways, i would probably go war with other civs and eliminate them XD

I usually win by Domination, so to continue playing would be pointless, as it would just be me rolling over the AI.

If I win by culture or space race, I usually continue playing for a while with the intention of wiping out the other civs.......

Then I get bored and start a new game.

Since I neither play HoF or GoTM, I never continue.

It's over when it's over. I see no point in continuing after the end, win or lose. If for whatever reason I need or want a screenshot or gamesave of the outcome, I'll continue and save the necessary items and promtly end the game for good; otherwise (which is usually the case) I just end it.

If I win by conquest, then it's over. But if I win by any other victory condition, then I keep playing until I rule the world.
