[Ignore - Brainfart] ...Unable to build 2nd Fort with Military Engineer

[EDIT] - I attempted to do this on locations with woods and with farms. Apparently a fort cannot be built on a location with woods or with improvements. I had assumed it would just remove it. </Doh>

Wanting to boost Ballistics, I built a Military Engineer so I could make Forts. Made one, then the button to build a fort was grayed out. Built a second engineer as a test, same issue.

Have the necessary tech (Siege Tactics) for a Fort, doing this on friendly territory.

Civ 6 version: 1.0.0.38 (235603)

no because you miss-understand the unit. Each one you build, can build one of that type...one fort , one airstrip, the only exception being roads.......go figure :/......,to build a second fort you need a second engineer
