I'm Missing Disc 4 for Civ IV Gold edition

Purchased the game on Ebay, have everything but disc 4 for the Gold Edition and it's asking for it to complete the install. Is there any work around for this or does anybody know where I can purchase a replacement disc? Is it needed for the install only or do you have to refer back to it later in gameplay. Thanks my wife was excited about getting the game but is bummed now. Any ideas? I did get a refund from the ebay seller they were cool about it.

unfortunately you can get replacement discs from Firaxis only for damaged discs not for missing ones... you will probably need to find another vendor to sell you the game...
