In a new scenario map I'm making, a first player in the turn order wins independence victory without fail on the second turn. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? I am using AoDII mod.
I can only guess, but is there a King player? Does the King player have ships (with transport capacity for troops)? Does the King player have land troops? Are there "Europe" ocean tiles?
I fixed my own issue. The problem was, I had king cities on the map in the beginning, with no land units, therefore defaulting the indy victory for the first player.
