Hi All,

I decided to try my hands at immortal level, got off to a quick 6 cities with France, only sharing the continent with Sumeria, didn't have chance to get any wonder. Currently it is 400 AD and quite behind in tech, just wondering if this game is winnable. Attached is the save file.

I had a quick spin to 1000AD and no I don't think it's winnable. I'm guessing you crashed your economy expanding and that's why you only have basic pre-alphabet techs? Any techs I got that the neighbor didn't have were immediately stolen on the turn discovered.

Looks like you should have tried to take out Giggles with the horses, he is tough but Cha is a good war trait.
HAs can do it if you get many, he would have been in expanding mode for a while.
Building next to a CRE semi-warmonger is an even bigger pain i'd think ~~
Right now, it looks lost.

I know you didn't ask for a critique of the game so far, but a few things caught my eye.....

Swathes of cottages everywhere, more being built right now, most of them everywhere are unworked. Yet the capital is working two unimproved tiles? Diagnosis: suspected cottage additction :):)

<plays a few turns...> Revised diagnosis: Automatic workers :eek::eek:

3 cities are building useless walls when they have libraries and could take citizens off hammer tiles onto science specialists.

Unhappy citizens: Good job begging silk off G - could also trade dye for marble.

No academy.

Tech: How long ago did G get alphabet? Unless it was very recently, teching alphabet yourself was a waste of beakers. Aesthetics ftw 90% of the time.
