Immortal Setup

Hello,

I am attempting to learn how to play on continents/pangaea for a domination win on immortal. My previous experience is with emperor difficulty setups where I almost always win. (Eventually I'd like to get to the deity level difficulty)

Here's what I am thinking...

Policy: Full Tradition then full honor.

I start with Pottery --> Archery --> Luxury Resource Tech --> Philosophy

After I beeline it for NC, should I...
A. Construction --> Physics --> Education
B. Construction --> Education --> Physics
C. Education --> Physics

Also, what are major milestones (turn-wise) that I should expect?
