I think it must only be you, I re-downloaded and winrar, winace, and stuffit fpr windows all extracted it just fine.

I just dug up an old model I had of a Japanese Jeep-like 4WD car. I made it into an Army unit, enjoy. It was a quickie. I hope the pallete works out.
