1. the Blockade is in effect for the Sunshine Republic. all seagoing trade is therefore halted. we are unable to blockade Central Africa.

2. the plan to declare war and destroy every NPC was shot down, because, while the idea is good, carries too much risk to Byzantium and the allied nations. also the war weariness will grind the nation to a halt, and it could turn Byzantium into a world power and win the game.

The canal is now split between the two opposing sides. Gran Colombia hopes to repel the collapsing Brazilians once more. Colombia will use their naval and air forces to keep the enemy at bay. Meanwhile, tired of failures, the Brazilians have been authorised to use part of their air force.

The battle ends quick; the number of Brazilian tanks and aircraft far outpaces the numbers of the Colombians'. Furthermore, the Brazilians enjoy a resource advantage, while any naval potential the Colombians had goes unrealised.

Now on their home territory, the Brazilians will be on equal footing with the Colombians. If they win, they will reclaim vast swaths of the Amazon from their foes. Of course, to make this easier, they destroy the rainforest in the immediate area, to allow their forces to be more easily used. Will the Colombians survive if forced into the open?

...the Brazilian air general is routed. Colombian forces continue to crawl all over the battlefield, and are ready to unleash Hell upon the remaining land general.

The Brazilians are defeated in their own nation, humiliating them. While they have reclaimed Panama, is it worth continuing humiliation at home?

I'm going to give my land to largest nation in the world (I have no idea right now; I'm too far behind) and double their power with no penalty at all. make all of my turn back into open land for settlement by anyone who wants to claim it through normal channels. George Lanchester has been captured by the Oranje military, who successfully assaulted the Baxteria. The battle continues for the city, but at the moment Oranje controls most of the city. The Stealth Fighter/Bombers of Oranje swept into the city unchallenged, and Fuca officials just executed the traited who allowed the air force to sweep into the nation unnoticed.

an earth quake rated 5.6 on the Richter scale has hit the Istanbul province. the city is not damaged too much, but hundreds of people are dead or injured. also the dry dock containing the Olympic has collapsed, destroying the incomplete ship.

(the Olympic is basically Air Force One, but sea based.)

A blockade can be considered an act of war if you prevent them from trading will all nations. In Fuca we have a 0% tariffs on all goods entering and leaving the country. So your blockade isn't affecting my economy beyond having the poor black orphans (that you regularly see on tv) starve to death. George Lanchester has done nothing to give reason to this blockade and would like to talk to the nations who support it. The richer merchants are now hiring mercenaries to help them get out of the country. Fuca does not have direct control on these mercenaries, so although they are easily defeating you in combat, it is in no way an act of aggression on Fuca's part. These merchants want the continued free trade with every member of the world. I am willing to support free trade among any nation and will continue to trade with nations I am at war with.

The USSRK spans around 1/3 of Japan, almost the entire Korean penisula, Manchuria, and much of industrail China. I don't care how much powergaming you do, but there is no way that your country could defeat my superior GNP, superior production, superior population, and, superior ships, unless you do something like get all of Africa.EDIT: Referring to the mercs hired for your coutnry, not actually in real war in game terms. BTW, we are indeed preventing you as well as Sunshine Republic from trading with the rest of the world. This is an action desgined to, basically, force your people, your workers, to rise up and rebel against your aggresive, unfair governments. We look forward to meeting with a far more moderate, less extreme government in the future.

As for now, in the Sunshine Republic, no ships have been fired upon. We here in the USSRK hear that the ships of the Sunshine Republic are listening to the blockade, and are the ships are just floating in their harbors. In the Congo, many of the mercs are now dead, rightfully, I might add. The merchants were sent back to their homes. The blockade does do something. It stops the flow of cheap good from the USSRK to reach other of your countries, a crippling blow.

The USSRK expands north of their Manchruia provinces, and, if anything is left, we move on the Madagascar.

Government: Similar to a Constitutional Monarchy the head of state is a monarch although in Lanfar the monarch is always a queen. The equivalent of the Parliament is the Consistorial Council a group of Cardinals from all over the empire. The Council also heads the economy, like in a communist nation where everything is property of the State, in Lanfar everything is property of the Church. Although the real religious power rests not with the Consistorial Council but with the God of Lanfar himself. The Holy Turtle of Lanfar is the Creator and protector of the universe, according to Lanfarian Religion. The Turtle god often manifests himself as a Turtle of Man in front of the Consistorial court and the Queen. His word is law. No one can go against the wishes of the Turtle God, no mater how demeaning or dangerous. The 3rd section of the Government is the Military who act with a much smaller amount of power. Ther military council only meets once a year unlike the Consistorial council which is constantly in session, therefore a good consistorial representative is one who can be at the right meetings at the right time.
