As we assume you have noticed, the Imperialist USA has recently occupied a large number of Latin nations in the area. Are you willing to band together with Mexico to form a Union for the greater good of Central America, and to protect us from the US menace.

When we say Union, we mean unified nation. The structure would be similar to that of Mexico, other than the fact that each nation will be a "state" and will be allowed to keep its current constitution and government. The federal assembly would, of course, hold power over the laws of each nation and the Federal Courts would have the same.

    What do you say, Latins?

Guatemala just sees this as Mexican imperialism, it says its better to be ruled indirectly by someone than to be annexed. We tried this once ourselves, and it just didn't work.

El Salvador and Honduras for now do not wish a union, but we are open to the idea.

Costa Rica refuses and asks the US for protection in case someone tries to destroy its sovereignty.

I'm sure the United Fruit Company in Guatemala, the ruling political dynasty in El Salvador, the major fruit company in Honduras, and our old friend, the UFC in Costa Rica would all love that.

Clearly, this attempt by Mexico is blatant imperialism on their own part and a clear sign that the Mexican government has nefarious plans.

    Accept Non-Aggression Pact with Netherlands

To Venezuela: We flatly reject your offer of a non-aggression pact.

If you do not halt your Communist propaganda in the public thread, we will place your ports under blockade. I think you will find that our navy is "bigger" than yours.

From a pamphlet circulated by the America Now Party in Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico

In October of 1917, violent anarchists and communists overthrew the Russian government and plunged the country into half a decade of further war and death that say millions of innocent Russians killed by the Red forces. This people lost a lot, despite having little themselves, including their land.

In Mexico, there is a government that remembers the Mexican-American War. It also remembers the country that won that war. The government has been making public threats against the United States, and recently, it attempted to form a political and military union with its neighbors to the south. This government is no doubt Leftist, in a lighter red, but still very red, shade of the communists in Venezuela.

In the Mexican-American War, the United States won territory that is now considered rightfully American. California, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico being just four of those states created or partially-created from the land won. However, it is becoming increasingly apparent that the Leftist government in Mexico is taking cues from a very Leftist government in Russia.

Russia has become the "Soviet Union". The Mexican government tried to form a union. Russia is stamping on religious freedom. Mexico is stamping on the rights of its Catholic majority. Russia's revolution was, unsuccessfully for the most part, exported across Europe, causing loss of life everywhere it spread. The Mexican Revolution is ongoing but the Left has taken power and two undercurrents of history, shown time and time again in Russia and Venezuela, are threatening American livelihood.

The Mexican government is engaging in espionage and backroom politics in order to shore up support in Latin America for an eventual retaking of California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Already, we know for a fact that thousands, if not tens or hundreds of thousands, of Mexicans have fled across the border into our territory which, if the Mexican government has its way, will help secure occupation of these territory should we allow ourselves to be caught with our pants down. Most of these Mexicans mean no ill-will and have no idea that the government in Mexico is planning on using them in this way.

The same way these innocent people have no idea that Mexico is using them as blankets to spread a disease of Communist thought into the country. The lies of the Red Agenda were crafted in a way to appeal to the poor and working class, who make up the majority of our country. No doubt, attempts should be made to elevate the poor and working class, but that isn't the point of the Red Agenda. The Red Agenda has no elevated the poor and working class in Russia, but has seen to making them work even longer, in harsher conditions, and now the land under their feet isn't even theirs.

Likewise, we now have an influx of poor, working-class Mexicans combined with our own poor and working-class in the border states that will be mesmerized by the lies of the Red Agenda in order to spread the Mexican Red Revolution into the United States Southwest.

Mexico has attempted to form a military-political union with nations "behind" it so it can focus on the United States. Due to the ongoing revolution and political instability, many Mexicans are fleeing to the United States and inadvertently becoming pawns to the Red government in Mexico which is attempting to use nationalism and the exportable Red ideology to gain economic and political influence in the American southwest. This can not be allowed to stand.

Granted, on the condition Venezuela refrains from attempting to spread Communism in North & Central America and the Caribbean

We willl of course protect our Latin American brother from the expansionist Mexicans

The United Kingdom will do no such thing; as per the Monroe Doctrine & the Roosevelt Corollary, the United States shall do everything in its power to prevent European interference in the Americas. If Venezuela is to be blockaded, it shall be done by the United States.

To: The Governments of Haiti & the Dominican Republic

You have been beaten. During our occupation, we have helped you handle your debts, built up your infrastructure, & reformed your education system. If such a thing was done while you were an enemy occupied in a war, think of how much better things will be when you are an equal in the union. Therefore, we propose that Haiti & the Dominican Republic be annexed by the United States of America, with a bill introduced to both the US Congress & your respective Governments to vote on whether Haiti & the Dominican Republic will be made a territory or be granted full statehood.

    To: The Government of Nicaragua

We have fulfilled our end of the bargain; Government of the United States has guaranteed with its forces security for the property of American Citizens in Nicaragua, and we have extended that protection to all the inhabitants of the Republic of Nicaruaga. In order to better protect all those who inhabit Nicaragua, we propose that Nicaruaga be made a client state of the United States of America.

    To: The Government of Liberia

Long has the United States guaranteed Liberian independence in the face of European Imperialism in Africa. In order to better protect the Liberian people, we propose that Liberia be made a client state of the United States of America, with all the benefits such a status brings.

On the Questions of Puerto Rice, Hawaii, Alaska, the Philippines, & Guam:

President Warran G. Harding has intoduced measures to Congress & the territorial governements of Guam, the Philipines, Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico to answer the question that relates to the future of those areas & their relationship with the United States of America. Harding has proposed that these areas be granted full statehood, with Bills being intoduced to Congress & to the territorial governments of the aforementioned territories as to whether or not Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, the Philippines, & Guam be made into full States of the Union or remain territories.

To: The USA - We accept your peace offer under certain conditions, we wish full statehood, but we demand certain tax reliefs and economic aid. Also we demand that you maintain your military presence in case the rebels think of anything.

    From Nicaragua:
To: The USA - If we accept such a peace, the leader of the military faction that helped the US army in its invasion, Emiliano Chamorro Vargas be named Dictator of the country.

    From: Liberia
To: The USA - We accept your offer if you vow to protect our sovereignty, institution of slavery and provide us with weapons.

    From: Bhutan
To: Sikkim - An Alliance rather than a union could do that.

We do not want you to blockade Venezuela. That will get the United States involved, and the US will be mad at you. Also, France, your former ally in war, pressures you into stopping your hostility towards Venezuela, even if they are spreading the evil that is Communism.

Party Name: The British Union of Fascists
    Flag:

    Spoiler :

Ideology: The British Union of Fascists (BUP) has its roots based in intense British nationalism. One of the cornerstones of their policies is anti-communism, and they seek to contain or eliminate the Red Menace. Despite this, the BUF is also anti-capitalist, against international finance and decrying laissez-faire as outmoded, proposing instead a third way, a corporatist system where the economy is controlled in tandem by the public and private sectors.

The BUF is also against the parliamentary system and seeks to abolish it, in order to strengthen the state.

Highly values fraternity, duty and service.

Congress has voted to accept Haiti & the Dominican Republic as new states of the Union; we accept your offer.

Accept; we will of course expect Emiliano Chamorro Vargas to respect the rights of all the inhabitants of Nicaragua, with an eye towards the eventual restoration of elections.

Slavery is an evil institution that must be abandoned; we urge Liberia to immediately enfranchise her enslaved population. Do recall that the Amero-Liberians were once slaves themselves.

Mexico thanks all nations for their prompt responses. But again, we ask you to look to the American Occupied Zones. They have now annexed Haiti and the Dominican Republic, nations just like us, but victims of American Imperialsim. Thus, we ask you to reconsider. But again, if such is not to your liking, we propose an economic alliance (and possibly military) to support the development of all industry in Latin America. Perhaps named the Latin Alliance?
