The Zhèngzhōu Ultimatum
CITING
the continuous Japanese occupation of ethnic Han territories of Tiānjīn, Shāndōng, Jiāngsū, Zhèjiāng, and Shànghǎi, reports of general atrocities in Japanese China and Vietnam, poor military conduct in Vietnam, the use of unwarranted overwhelming force in Vietnam, continuous Japanese disregard for international conduct and general diplomacy, flagrant Japanese disrespect towards our friends in the United Nations, including but not limited to the United Arab Republics, the Roman Empire, the Platonic Republic, and the Irish Republic, and unprovoked Japanese military activity against United Nations Vietnam Intervention Force, the Representatives of the People’s Republic of Sìchuān and the Tibetan Autonomous State here meeting as the Sìchuān Democratic Convention within the city of Zhèngzhōu, Hénán pledge to here pen an ultimatum to the government of the Empire of Japan, in order to fully assure the continued peace and security of our world as we know it today. In this ultimatum, under the full approval of the great Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of Sìchuān Zhāng Rénrén of the Sìchuān Democratic League, the 23rd Sìchuān Democratic Convention in Hénán hereby demand:
- That the ethnic Han Tiānjīn, Shāndōng, Jiāngsū, Zhèjiāng, Táiwān, Hǎinán, and Shànghǎi regions, will be reunited with the People's Republic of Sìchuān immediately upon the signing of this treaty.
- That the ethnic Han Tiānjīn, Shāndōng, Jiāngsū, Zhèjiāng, Táiwān, Hǎinán, and Shànghǎi regions will immediately be evacuated by Japanese military and police officials, and that Japanese administration will to the best of their ability facilitate the territorial transfers.
- That the Empire of Japan accepts the generous ultimatum provided by the United Arab Republic posthaste.
- That an answer to this ultimatum be provided no later than December 20th, 2105.
If the Empire of Japan was to reject the generous propositions of the henceforth named Zhèngzhōu Ultimatum, the People’s Republic of Sìchuān will, with the glorious rigor of the Free Chinese Army hand in hand with our United Nations comrades, be forced to declare war upon the Empire of Japan.

We'd like to talk business.
Big business.
Like, big guns business.
OOC: I'd just like some conformation from RC. If this were now [excepting the Tibetan Autonomous State, who only provides soldiers by choice], Sìchuān would have a population of ~806,710,000. However, given the setting, I multiplied by a .7 factor, which might be overdoing it, or underdoing it, but again, I'm being tentative for now. That gives me a current population of 564,697,000, still not bad. Taking this figure into account, and multiplying by an arbitrary .002 factor [2 people per 1,000] to acquire a rough estimate for active personnel, here coming to 1,129,394. Can I consider this to be accurate? Or may I make any sort of changes?
(OOC: i know the designs are like 150 year old by now, but i couldn't come up with anything better.)
The Juan Carlos I is pretty cool.

May your supreme hold of power and your contradictions lead your empire to "glory!"
