...isn't cloning normally banned? oh well. it helps combat starvation ( if you clone cows and other food animals) so ill add that to my Byzantine Republic. the other one, not the one here.
and also on a lighter note, i completely forgot to claim Crimea because i noticed that Sevastopol is one of the larger cities. oh well. what happens happens. ( Crimea, never been claimed does not have Byzantine Defenses or related items.)

As in if something breaks out with that newly formed state in Brazil (Nethoslan) and Carthargistan. If it breaks out between Peronia and Carthagistan, then I won't take any sides and stay neutral.

Though as of now, the only things I see that need to be changed are my inheritance of the Byzantines (I now own all of their lands), the Spartan independence movement (which shouldn't last for long

hey joe, after Sparta is unified under Israeli rule, and seeing that i have no more use here, im gonna retire from the military and be the governor of the Istanbul Province. you can call me back to the military at any time though.
