here is what happened when he started with stone in the BFC, plus three food resources, horses, and three hills. 15 wonders!

I started on a different landmass, with Shaka and Monty as neighbours... so as you can see it took a while before I managed to "thank" HC for building all these shiny things.

But still - very impressive work Mr Capac!

Awesome. I got a city that was almost as good in my current Hannibal Noble's Club game on Emperor.

13 wonders vs your 15, but it's probably even more impressive because Mansa isn't even Industrial. His other cities had all the electricity/radio wonders too. Conquering him provided me with a ton of goodies.

Even better it was a holy city with a crapload of settled great priests.
