to figure out frames per second, do 1000 / < frame time>. You're pretty much around 30fps which is... not great, but good enough, graphically speaking. Lowering resolution or getting a faster GPU will get you more frams per second, but won't affect the AI turn time.

for instance I have a Ryzen 1600AF that is my main gaming box, and my GS AI benchmrk is 44 seconds. And your score is faster than a lot of folks trying to run on older hardware or laptops.
