Improved AI mod for vanilla CIV4?

Is there a good AI improvement mod for vanilla Civ4 out there? Was wondering, cause I kinda prefer vanilla Civ4 to BTS...

There's the old project files at sourceforge:

they're three years old, and written by Blake (my predecessor). Plus, I think vanilla civ4 has been updated since then to a version beyond 1.61, so they might not work. But that's what there is.
