Improved goverments and faster game !!!

Hello !!!

I've made many changes. I 've used a lot of stuff from civfanatics.com Thanks for it everybody !!!

- Improved movement points to make the game faster and stronger modern units

- Two new goverments: Fascist, Theocracy(Fundamentalism) and new Communism. Now these goverments are good alternatives for Democracy (which is modified also).

- Every civilization have three Civilization Strenghts and three advances at start (it doesn't appear when you choose a civilization but see the civilopedia !!!)

- Coal is not required for railroad and ironcload (because it's unrealistic these machines not work only with coal !!!)

- Gold is strategic resource and alternative for money

- No Warrior Code, Fascism instead

- Six movement points on road

There are some more little changes, but see the civilopeda !!!

I once tried making Gold a strategic resource, but the game wouldn't recognize it as such. (Needed to make improvements such as marketplace and bank and such.) Even with the appropriate prerequisites fulfilled, the game acted as if I didn't have any gold tiles to use as a strategic resource.

So, I'm posting cuz I'm wondering what you had to do to get it to work. I considered changing around some of the resources, to make a second gold, but that looked like too much like work, and what was the point supposed to be?

I also tried using some of the luxuries as strategic; ivory for elephants and gems for something (can't remember), but again, it wasn't working right.

Maybe it was just a problem on my install or computer...?
