Improved Improvement Tooltips

[GAGA Extrem]

A followup mod to my Building Quest Tooltip mod.

This one adds detailed information to tech and worker tooltips to visualize which techs, virtues, buildings and wonders have an impact on improvements.

ATTENTION!

I am currently investigating an issue that seems to stop this mod from working at random, resulting in CTDs while starting a game or hovering over the build icons of a worker.

The symptom for this behaviour are visible build action icons for all improvements when selecting a worker.
